ISG launched this program in 2022 to recognize exceptional leadership. Since then, the technology landscape and our industry have changed in ways we could not have imagined. Women are redefining leadership in the era of AI and delivering enormous value to their organizations.

She spearheaded the opening of a dedicated space in Atlanta where job seekers can build confidence, skills and independence, and she has led efforts to renovate schools, install solar power facilities and host cervical cancer vaccination drives in India.



She regularly speaks at conferences and webinars, sharing her personal journey of moving to the U.S. from India as a child.

Nimarta scaled and governed a team of more than 40 people for the Assurant Automation Center of Excellence, building a replicable delivery and governance model for enterprise-wide application. She has institutionalized over 70 live automations, saving millions of dollars in operational costs, and pioneered reusable frameworks for enterprise-wide GenAI scalability.



Nimarta supports Assurant’s Upward program, which pairs high-potential talent with executive mentors, and has personally mentored over a dozen engineers. She serves on the boards of Access Life America, supporting underprivileged children undergoing pediatric cancer treatment in India, and the Sikh Education and Welfare Association.
She has led her organization through a major transformation, demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and had a significant impact on her organization or company.

Winnie helped engineer a historic financial turnaround in 2024 while leading training, leadership development and market-based compensation programs to build high-functioning teams and a more collaborative, resilient workplace culture.
She launched Blend’s early-incareer development program to create new opportunities for diverse talent. She is also the executive sponsor of Women@ Blend and Belonging@Blend and helped launch the company’s Equitable Ecosystem Initiative.

As the first Distinguished Technologist at Infosys, Rajeshwari has 14 U.S. patents granted or filed and over 30 international publications in leading IEEE and ACM venues. She often joins the Infosys Knowledge Institute’s “AI Interrogator” podcast to discuss ethical frameworks and AI governance, and contributes research to leading institutions such as the Stanford Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence team.




She has created AI master classes that have upskilled Infosys employees, curated content for educational platforms and supported AI literacy initiatives through the Infosys Foundation.
The most outstanding women in digital and a well-respected leader in her organization and her industry. She leads her organization in their digital journey and advocates for women in the workplace.
Anmol works to secure 5G and 6G wireless networks and contributes to global security standards through global groups including GSMA and the Open Radio Access Network Alliance. She published a novel machine learning approach to protect 5G and future wireless networks from Distributed Denial of Service attacks at the international IEEE SmartNets conference and she regularly collaborates with regional standards groups in the U.S. for ethical AI and AI security.

She teaches AI as an adjunct professor at George Washington University and volunteers as a mentor for women and underrepresented minorities through organizations like Women in Cybersecurity and Women of Security.

She also launched the first-of-itskind “Smart ESG” suite, leveraging a sensor-to-report mechanism for automated ESG reporting on global compliance standards.

In 2017, Kath launched the Makabata School Foundation program in Manila, a holistic support system for underprivileged children, offering education, nutrition and job placement for parents.

She placed women in critical roles for the 2018 launch of the ResultsCX Philippines corporate headquarters, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, she personally took steps to ensure her teams remained safe and supported, including investigating housing options near work sites to keep families together and reduce commuting risks.

Alex established Genpact’s first Advisor Relations function in EMEA. She established the group’s strategy and structure and began driving more than $650 million of qualified advisor-led pipeline in Europe within months.
She has built new relationships across Europe and facilitated more than 400 conversations in 2025, improving the win rate in Europe, increasing the likelihood of renewals and sole-source opportunities, and helping Genpact win invitations into more large technology opportunities than in the past 25 years combined.



When she joined advisor relations in 2021, she was the youngest person in this role in the industry. She now influences all of Genpact’s capabilities - from exploring new partnership models in supply chain, to promoting HR outsourcing abilities and amplifying data strengths in the market.
