S1: THE SIMPLE AND PERFECT SHAPE OF SAFETY. Through the approach of problem-solving and more than 10 years of R&D, in collaboration with University of Modena and a team of applied research specialists, we created a high-performance dental implant, S1 which ensures the highest primary stability and outstanding mechanical guarantees against unscrewing of crossing screw and bacterial infiltration. The Tramonte implant is a synonymous of Immediate Loading dental implantology. In fact, this is an endosteal, self-tapping screw, born together with the Immediate Loading Implantology of Italian School, at the end of the 50s, and perfected during the following 60 years. This implant offers the advantage of being loaded during the surgical session with a temporary prosthesis, therefore it represents an immediate solution for a partially or totally edentulous maxilla and mandible. Tramonte screw-shaped implants are manufactured in grade 2 titanium, to ensure resistance and workability, and guarantee total biocompatibility. They are offered by the Tramonte Science Society in an updated version, with important innovations. Among them are: • A rounded tip, to better disperse electrical currents and decrease its aggression on the areas to be respected • Increased axial length of the tip, for a safer and easier insertion; • Two different neck lengths, for a better adaptation to crest morphology; • SLA surface treatment limited to the deeper part of the implant; • Perfect compatibility with the use of the intraoral welder (compulsory feature of the Italian Implantology School protocol).
