February 2024 Welcome to our first edition of the InFocus Magazine for 2024! The last 12 months proved that the marketplace is still in the move with increased sale and rental rates. This is a direct result of limited supply of property for sale or lease due to the lack of land available for development. We have seen huge advances in key infrastructure projects in Western Sydney that will have direct impact on future increased demand in our area – Western Sydney International Airport, St Marys Freight Hub, M12 Motorway, Sydney Metro Line, Mulgoa Road upgrade and many more. Our name change from LJ Hooker Commercial to InFocus Commercial Real Estate has proven to be seamless.
