GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OFFICER/PUBLISHER

INDONESIAN SCHOLARS CONFERENCE SYSTEM (IS CONSYS)

Terminology Submission Officer (SO) / publisher is person who responsible to follow the whole submission process of each paper. He/she has main job in checking the format of paper either new paper or accepted paper will be published. In addition, he/she also has to ensure that the process of each paper goes well. 1. First Registration :

Filled out the registration form. Once you click “register” button, you will get a notification email from our admin in order to activate your account. Please follow the instructions in your email.

2. Login into your account and go to submission officer/publisher page Now, you have registered succesfully in our website. Welcome at IS Journal Conference System. Please login into your account in the appropriate space. Before checking submitted paper, please click “edit profile” button to edit your data.

Then continue to click “control panel” on the menu. You will find a display like this. Now, you are able to manage the new submitted paper. Please click submission officer/publisher on the menu.

3. First Decision : Format Revision/Assign to CAE Now, you will find the new paper status in your page. Please click preview button to do your first job as submission officer/publisher.

The first thing SO do for IS Journal is checking the format of each new paper, whether it is in accordance with the format IS Journal or not. You will have two options on the paper that you check now. “Format revision” if the paper is not in accordance with the format IS Journal. If you choose this, please enter your comments in the box provided. These comments will be delivered to the author and it will be the guidelines for revising his paper. If appropriate, you can choose the second option which is "Assignt to CAE" which means that this paper feasible to be reviewed.

Once you click “format revision”, author will get an email notification that he/she should revise the paper because of format revision. On the other hand, if you click “assign to CAE”, CAE will accept this paper directly and author will get an email notification confirming ID Paper.

4. Monitoring paper After assigning this paper to CAE, your time to monitoring the status of paper began. Whenever there is a change of status for this paper, you will receive an email notification. You are also able to view on your page. © 2014 Indonesian Scholars Conference System (IS Consys)

When the status of paper is “wait for EiC”, it means that the review process of this paper finished by reviewers and editors. As submission officer, you will also be able to view the comments of reviewers to the author by clicking preview button.

5. Accepted  In Publisher Now, the status of the paper is “accepted”. It means that author will submit his/her paper to the publisher in accordance with the instruction they get in email.

After the author sends his / her final paper to the publisher, the status of the paper was changed to "in the publisher".

Please click “preview” button and you will be requested to recheck the format of that paper and give a final decision, whether format revision or published. Don’t forget to fill in the box provided with your comments to the author.

When your final decision for this paper is “published”, it means that your work for this paper finished.
