GUIDELINES FOR AUTHOR

INDONESIAN SCHOLARS CONFERENCE SYSTEM (IS CONSYS)

1. First Registration

Once you click “register” button, you will get a notification email from our admin in order to activate your account. Please follow the instructions in your email.

2. Login into your account and submit your paper Now, you have registered succesfully in our website. Welcome at IS Journal. Please login into your account in the appropriate space.

Before submitting your paper, please click “edit profile” button to edit your data. Then continue to click “author page” on the menu.

Now, you are able to submit your new paper. Please click “submit paper” button to start submitting your new paper.

Then fill out the following form according to your paper. Make sure that you select the correct category. Please pay attention that we just receive the manuscript in .doc format.

Once you click “save & exit” button, you will get an email notification and status of your paper signed as “in reviewing process”.

You can also view the status of your paper in the dashboard as shown below:

3. Revision Once the editors notify your paper should be revised, you will get an email notification and you will view your status in dashboard as format revision.

Please click “preview” button and upload your document revision in appropriate space. You will read the same instruction in your email. Our editors have informed you via your email how to upload your revised manuscript.

If our editors confirm that there is no revision for your paper, you will be signed the manuscript number directly via your email. Once you get the manuscript number, it means that our editors have considered your paper for a review.

Please do the same thing every time you get an email notification to submit a revised paper either format revision, minor, or major revision wherein you have to submit the revised manuscript in the space provided in your account. ÂŠ 2014 Indonesian Scholars Conference (IS Consys)

All our reviewer comments on your paper which is sent via your email can also be seen in your account.

Please noted that your status in your account are always changing automatically whenever a new decision set by our editors. Status “in reviewing process” means your paper is being examined by both the editors and the reviewers.

4. Accepted Now, the status of your paper is “accepted”. It means that our editors have to consider your paper feasible to be published in terms of content. We are congratulated on your job.

In addition, to ensure that your final paper is also in the correct format in accordance with IS Journal’s template our publisher will recheck your final paper. So you are requested to send your final paper to publisher through your account in the space provided, as well as when you uploaded your revised paper.

Once our publisher found that your paper is still not appropriate, you are required to correct your paper and resubmit to our publisher.

While you're repairing, the status of your paper that initially “in publisher” changed into “format revision on publisher”.

5. Published It is the end of your paper submission in the IS Journal. The status of your paper is “published”. It means that your paper will be published in the next issue. Congratulation!

However, the last thing you should do before celebrating your great job, you will get an email notification that you have to submit the copyright transfer form to the editor-in-chief. This form can be downloaded from the following link: http://isjournal.org/index.php/guideline-for-authors (at the end of the paragraph on that page). Please completed and signed and then sent to the following email: editorinchief@isjournal.org.

The following figure is the whole submission process and also the typical timeline that associates with each process. The deadlines for each process could be different for different conferences, please contact your conferences committee for more details.
