The Licensing Guys Paul NEADES has over 25 years’ experience in Licensing and Hospitality, consulting to both independent and multiple operator establishments, offering a thorough understanding of logistics and retail operations. As an awardwinning Licensee, Paul now specialises in training, licensing compliance and food safety audits as well as being a regional representative for the National PubWatch scheme.
Nick SEMPER is a recognised authority in Licensing consultancy, being
qualified in Law and Legal Practice. He has represented numerous clients in Applications or Review Hearings across the UK. He was National PubWatch Police Licensing Officer of the Year 2016-17 and has been awarded a High Sheriff’s Commendation for ‘Great & Valuable Services’ to the Community.

Who We Can Help? Who are our packages for?
Tony runs a successful chain of bars but does not have the time to keep his eye on the ball with compliance. He contacted The Licensing Guys after one of his managers fell foul of the conditions on his Premises Licence and the Local Authority were contemplating taking the pub to a review. We averted the need for review by liaising with the authorities, implementing new training and putting updated policies and procedures in place. We now provide support to the other pubs in the group, taking the pressure of Tony, which allows him to grow his group in confidence that he has the support.
Rashid has an off-licence in Nottingham and wants to open longer and offer deliveries of alcohol to his customers. He contacted The Licensing Guys to scrutinize his pre-existing Premises Licence and apply for the variation to allow him to gain these extra sales. After consulting to the local authorities and putting in extra training and policies, we applied for the variation and he was granted his new Premises Licence with no representations within 30 days.

Carl operates a successful hot food delivery firm but one of his employees made a delivery to underage youngsters with disastrous consequences. He urgently contacted The Licensing Guys to defend his business in a sensitive case that could potentially cost him his business. WE examined his current Premises Licence and systems, then offered enhanced remodelled conditions and put in place bespoke training and policies so much so that the local Council were satisfied that the business was in a better place to continue to sell alcohol.
