STEP ONE:

I ntroduction

The first meeting is a very important step in your journey with us. We want to get to know you and make sure you meet our team and everything we have to offer you.
We’ll send you the Engel & Völkers White Box before we meet. This has information about what we do. It has examples of feature booklets we’ve done in the past, a letter from our team and a video introduction.
We’ll also give you marketing materials that will go over all the services we offer during the sale of your home. After you’ve had the time to go through all our materials, we’ll meet. This is so we can get to know each other and make sure you’re comfortable with the next steps.
We’ll go over your goals for your family and the sale of your home. We want to make sure your next move is the right one for everyone in the family. This point in the process is very important. It helps us understand what you are looking for.

We want to make sure we take the time to introduce ourselves. We want you to be comfortable with the next steps we take. You should feel supported during the whole process.
We want to make sure to start this process off on the right foot. We want you to know what you are getting when you work with us and make sure you feel supported along the way.
STEP TWO:
T he
E xpectations
Now it is time to dive into the key details of your journey. Here, we’ll go over all the timelines that will help get your home ready to sell. We want to make sure we understand the goals for your next stage to secure an easy move for your family.
We understand you may have a timeline in mind for the sale of your home. You are busy after all. We want your home to make the best impression possible when it goes to market. We’ll make sure all our marketing materials are ready to help the sale of your home.
We’ll also go over the other services you get when you work with us to help you with the sale. It doesn’t matter what your goal is with us, we want to go the extra mile to give you the best experience.
We want to make sure you understand every step from start to end. This is so that there are no surprises along the way and you are comfortable before we move forward.



STEP THREE:
The Timeline

Now we’ll look at the smaller details before your home is put on the market. We’ll break down the staging of your home and the time it will take for photos, videos to be taken and floor plans created. We want to showcase your home as best we can.
Once we plan the smaller details we’ll go over all the stages your home goes through. We’ll plan dates for your home to be introduced on the market and then listed
We’ll also show your home to our other members and networks before it is posted.
We want you to take comfort in our process to put your home on the market.
We want your property to look its best so that it gets the attention it deserves. An important part of this process is that you know every step we take.
Our only goal for you is to make sure we exceed your hopes for the sale of your home. We’ll do this by giving your home the attention it deserves. That is why we keep going over the timeline and goals.
STEP
FOUR:
T he Search

This is where the fun begins. We get to work once we have a good idea of the desires for your dream home. This process may be a bit different from what you have had before.
We’re with you the entire way and have great contacts we can set you up with. No matter if you’re looking for the best mortgage rate or help with other related services.
All our contacts are trustworthy people that we’ve used for other sales.
After any approvals and paperwork is complete we start the search. We won’t waste your time filling your inbox with listings that are not within your search.
Your time is important and any homes we show you must be able to be your dream home.

Every day we’re on the market searching for your next home. We also look at all our past clients who are looking to make a move but haven’t sold yet and review our other contacts for exclusive properties.
After all the groundwork is set out for your property to be properly listed on the market, we can now take the steps needed to find you your dream home.
This is an important step for our team, to truly understand your needs and wants for your next home.
This is so that we can use your time wisely. We know how valuable it is.
STEP FIVE:

F inal Steps
Now your home is on the market and the offers are coming in. We’ve already gone over the price point you are looking to sell your home for. Our goal is to only bring you offers within that range.
The same goes for buying your new home. We go over in detail your budget for the new home. We handle the communication between the sellers and let you know if any changes need to be made. We help you with the best moves to make during this entire process and will fight to get you the best deal possible.
The last thing we do is walk you through the final steps. This is where we go over closing paperwork and send it to lawyers and lenders. We can also arrange movers for you to help you with the moving process.
Now we can celebrate this next step in your life with you. We like to give clients gift cards to local businesses to support their new area. Local support is very important to our community.
This is the last step we have been working towards. We don’t want anything to stop you from celebrating your new home. Our main goal is to make sure all the last steps are done seamlessly.

Imagine This...
