JIM BEAM BLACK

Buttered popcorn, artificial sweet, toasted caramel, ethanol, and a dollop of wood. There’s a hint of peanut shells as well.

JIM BEAM DEVIL’S CUT

There is taste notes of chocolate, wood and cinnamon. Caramel and some of the stone fruit from the nose are detected too. With extra touch of stone fruit along with a big punch of oak.

KNOB CREEK

Oak and caramel are front and center on your tongue the whole time. A nice hint of chocolate really rounds out the flavors nicely while vanilla cupcakes offer contrast.

KNOB CREEK SMOKED MAPLE

Full-bodied, inviting maple notes that lift to smoke and are complemented with rich vanilla and caramel. Smoked hickory and maple wood, with hints of earthy grains. Smokey, smooth, and slightly sweet.

SILVERBELLY

Opens round, full, and sweet with notes of honey and lemon, and a faint bite of oak on the gums and inner lips. On the tongue it is full-bodied and rich, bringing a warmth of spiced cookies.

WILD TURKEY LONGBRANCH

HIGH WEST DOUBLE RYE

Some say it's spicy on the first sip, with rye spices up front, followed by menthol, mint, eucalyptus, and herbal tea with wildflower honey and allspice. Others say it's smooth and has fruity rye notes.

JACK DANIEL’S BOTTLED IN BOND

Notes of green apple, fried banana, maple syrup, black pepper, muscovado sugar, cooked apple, vanilla fudge, and ginger.

JACK DANIEL’S GENTLEMAN JACK

Strong apple juice note to start, then light honey, vanilla and some caramel. Also some canned pear.

CUTTY SARK

Very buttery, with the caramel notes continuing. Maybe a faint hint of dark chocolate. Baking spices and black pepper.

DEWAR’S WHITE LABEL

Velvety mouthfeel and a balanced sweetness and offers up plenty of toffee, vanilla bean, honey candies, and mild pepper to chew on.

GREAT KING ST. BLENDED

Honey, malt, apricot, golden raisins, grainy caramel, Cheerios and a bit of spice and bubblegum.
