Helen Battelley
Helen is a globally respected consultant, trainer, author, and speaker in early years physical activity and movement play, holding an MA in Early Childhood Studies. Known for her energetic and motivational training style, she is a leading advocate for reducing sedentary behavior and embedding movement into early education. Helen chairs the National Early Years Active Start Partnership (NEYASP), which supports evidence-informed approaches to physical development in early childhood policy. She lectures for four universities, trains teachers and coaches, and works internationally to promote movement-integrated learning. Helen is also an AfPE-approved provider and a member of the Chartered College of Teaching.
Louise Dawson
Louise Dawson is an independent consultant specializing in Inclusion and School Improvement across the Middle East, with over 18 years ’ experience in Dubai and Hong Kong. She has held leadership roles in top international schools and provides hands-on support in SEN, inspection readiness, and progress tracking. Louise is Co-Founder of the International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners, Inclusion Governor for four schools, and a regular speaker at events like GESS and Outstanding Schools. She co-developed the Global Inclusive Teaching Initiative (GITI) and collaborates with tech providers to promote assistive technology in the region. Through her consultancy and training, she supports schools in delivering meaningful and inclusive education.

Sara Haboubi is a dedicated and seasoned professional with over 20 years of transformative experience in Ireland, specialising in training and coaching within the realms of personal and learning development. Throughout her career, Sara has demonstrated leadership in designing and delivering innovative educational development programs aimed at empowering individuals to unlock their potential and excel on their learning journey. Grounded in a deep understanding of human psychology and advanced learning techniques, Sara is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and lifelong learning in both individuals and teams. Beth Harris
Beth is a qualified teacher and principal and holds bachelor's degrees in education. As a qualified teacher and principal, she has served as a registered inspector for over 20 years. She conducts inspections and quality reviews across the world, including the UAE. For over 25 years, Beth has vast experience in teaching, curriculum design, assessment development and as a principal in both public and private schools across the world. She has taught and held senior leadership posts in China, Europe and the UK. Throughout her career Beth has participated in over 500 school inspections, leading many of them.
Jonathan Kay
Jonny is a highly experienced former teacher and senior leader across Secondary and Further Education, and a former Ofsted Inspector. As a leader, Jonny led a team nominated for a TES Award having achieved the best results in England in 2019. Also working as Lead English Expert for AQA, an English, leadership and TLA consultant and speaking at conferences and national events, his book, ‘Improving English and Maths in Further Education: A Practical Guide’, was released in June 2021.
Maddison Lewis
As an Extended Leader and Class Teacher at Horizon English School, Maddison has accumulated over ten years of experience in delivering high-quality education to students in Dubai. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Anglia Ruskin University and has eight years of experience as a Science subject lead. During this time, Maddison led the development and implementation of the science curriculum, fostering a culture of inquiry and innovation. Maddison has actively contributed to various school improvement priorities, including the development and implementation of an evolving curriculum, leadership in learning skills, and enhancement of student agency. She is passionate about creating an innovative curriculum that equips children with the skills necessary for their future. Jules Murray
Jules Murray is an experienced coach and trainer specializing in experiential learning, with a focus on leadership, culture, and strategy. A qualified NLP and Personality Profiling Practitioner, she has supported over 5,000 customer-facing staff to improve satisfaction and sales. Jules works across school improvement and leadership development, with expertise in customer journey mapping, marketing, conflict management, performance, mindset, and parent engagement. Known for her professionalism, empathy, and humour, her interactive courses challenge participants to reflect, grow, and achieve lasting results.
Claire Wong
Claire Wong, NPQSL, brings 17 years of experience working across all age groups in education, with a focus on social, emotional, and behavioural development. With a background in Criminology and extensive qualifications in therapeutic approaches and leadership, she has led national and local inclusion initiatives supporting vulnerable children and young people. Claire is a committed trainer and former chair of governors, working with schools, local authorities, and organisations to promote mental health and improve outcomes for all learners.
Rania Nasr
Rania is an education consultant with over thirty-five years of diverse experience in public and privatesector schools. She has conducted 250+ mock inspections and delivered 800+ training sessions across UAE, Kuwait, Oman, KSA, and Egypt. Her distinguished mix of knowledge, skills and experience gained from working with international schools in the Middle East allows her to offer schools strategic solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning, and provides her with a solid foundation to advise school leaders and support teachers to improve the students’ learning journey. Rania specialises in offering professional development workshops, coaching, and observation sessions for teachers, in addition, she also supports school administrators in private schools in the following areas: Design, implement and evaluate their professional development program; Deliver training sessions as needed; Conduct lesson observations and coaching sessions and provide reflective feedback for ongoing best practices; Contribute to the school improvement plans, and help schools to excel during the inspection process.
