Agustin Reichhardt
Marshal is a junior from Rogers, Arkansas. One of seven children in his family, Marshal feels he was always more mature than his peers. He excelled in school, but in high school he made a choice to pursue work rather than extracurricular activities. This choice led him down multiple career paths before he made the decision to go to college. Throughout his college life, he has returned to more academic interests. He is a member of Alpha Pi Mu, Tau Beta Pi and the Honors College. He has also been working as a engineering intern and a research assistant for Manuel Rossetti, and he has secured a position as a teaching assistant for John White.
Agustin was born and raised in Argentina until the age of fourteen, when he and his family relocated to El Dorado, Arkansas. On campus Agustin serves as a senator for the Associated Student Government, as the Diversity & Inclusion Chair in the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and in Greek Life, serving on the Greek Life Facilitator General Body as a member of one of their committees. Agustin thinks industrial engineering is the perfect fit for him because it mixes practical engineering skills with business, both of which he is enthusiastic about. He plans to complete his bachelor’s degree with a data analytics minor in May of 2023. Agustin is extremely thankful for the Department of Industrial Engineering and to the Academy of Industrial Engineering for the scholarships he has received.

Elias Theodore
Daniel chose the University of Arkansas, because he wanted to get out of Texas after spending his whole childhood in the same place. He didn’t know whether he wanted to major in engineering or business but was not aware of industrial engineering until his last year of high school. After learning about this discipline of engineering, it immediately caught his attention as an opportunity to learn both engineering and business concepts in college. This coupled with the wide range of career opportunities really sealed the deal. Daniel was awarded the ArcBest Corporation Outstanding Freshman Award for the 2021-22 school year.

Oliver Welch
Oliver is a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity, where he serves on two different committees, as well as holding an on-campus job as a technician in the Student Technology Center. Since high school, he has known he wanted to get a degree in engineering but wasn’t quite sure which area of engineering would best suit his skillset. After attending various engineering meetings and after months of research, Oliver made the decision to become an industrial engineer. He is enjoying his time at the University of Arkansas, attending Razorback games and spending time outdoors. Oliver is very motivated to use his industrial engineering degree to solve problems people are facing today.
