FUTURISTIC MUSEUM

In this technological era, Cambodia has developed a lot and there are many students that have potential in development, innovation, and creating something new for the country.

While our human resources are increasing, there are still not enough places for them to develop their skills and knowledge and show their achievement to the public. So I hope that this project will be helpful and moreover this will attract more tourists as well.

CONCEPT

The concept of this design is focused on a futuristic feeling that gives to visitors through the shape and facade of the building. The form is inspired by a spaceship that gives us two wings of large space for our exhibition which was placed in order throughout the years of the technological evolution of Cambodia and the whole world.

ATM CENTER & COFFEE SHOP

Location: Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh

Project: Freelance project

Type: Comercial Building

Role: Architectural design and Visualization

As the answer to the client who has small land, and wants to run their own business and give some space for rent. We’d proposed a two stories building which contained an ATM center located at the front of the building and a Coffee shop for the rest. Natural lighting was carefully considered for the both function provied by eight wide glasses windows and doors around the building.

កុុដិិចៅ�អធិិការ សំណង់់សាសនា (កំុដិ) នេះ ត ូវបានសិកំេសាយ៉េង់ហ្មត្ត់ចត្ត់នូវការ ប ើប ស់កំេបាច់លម្អរខ្ម រដ លបំពាកំ់ទៅលើគ ឿង់បង់្គុំសំខាន់ៗន អគារ។ ជាមួយការដកំយកំមកំប ើនូវដង់កា រដ លមានខ្លួនពត្ត ព នភ្ជ ប់នឹង់កំេបាលនាគកំេបាច់អង់្គរ រំលេចនូវកំេបាច់ផ្ក ច័ន្ទនៅលើ ដង់ខ្លួន កាន់ត ធ្វើឲសំណង់់នេះមានលកំ្ខណៈពេញលេញ និង់ ប ណិត្ត នៅពេលបំពាកំ់លើដំបូលកំ ង់មុខកាត្ត់នេះ។ 16

Located in Kampong Seila district along Sre Ambil canal, this resort was designed for those who love to spend their time in an environment with different types of feeling in one place. One piece of the whole site was used for the vocational house for sale and on the other hand, a natural resort is built near the canal which allows the visitors to enjoy their time here doing a lot of things.

BUNGALOW DESIGN

VOCATIONAL HOUSE

Location: Koah Thom District, Kandal Province

Project: Freelance Project

Type: Residential building

Role: Architectural deisgn and 3D Visualization

The main idea begins with the client’s needs, a comfortable living space of 2 stories house with the lease spending. The ground floor was designed for an open-air living room and bedroom, while the upper floor was used as a shrine room. As the house is located along the Basac river, the front elevation was designed with a wide glasses door which allows the connection between the inside and outdoor environment to happen through the airflow and natural lighting.
