REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS REFUNDS: If a student withdraws, a refund may be given, depending upon the period of time that has elapsed from semester start. Refunds apply to those completely withdrawing from school, not to those who drop a course. WITHDRAWALS: Should you decide not to attend IWU, you must notify Registration and Academic Services (RAS) within the first two weeks of the semester in order to receive a full refund. If you do not formally withdraw through the RAS office, you risk receiving grades of "F" in your semester courses. No refunds after the fifth week. WITHDRAWAL FEES FOR BOARD: A student who withdraws will be refunded a per-day rate minus a $100 non-refundable administrative charge. No board refunds will be given after Dec.1 for the fall semester, or April 1 for the spring semester. Scholarships and other forms of financial aid are taken into consideration when refunds are calculated and are prorated according to program restrictions.
