Brand Identity Fossil.inc which is an American fashion and lifestyle fashion company creatively uses authentic and classic designs as its roots. Fossil.inc tries to make watches, bags, jewelry, etc. by using high standards and still maintaining the best parts of the “past” on their watches. when the mid-century style can meet the modern style appearance of today, therefore fossil.inc products present the situation with an example of a bag with high portability with a sleek design and traditional watches made with natural and durable colors and materials.

Concept Fossil.Inc retails in Indonesia and abroad, Fossil uses vintage concepts in its retail and also does not eliminate the impression of elegance and simplicity in the room.

Therefore, the design of the Fossil Retail Shop in Paris Van Java uses the concept of Vintage with Modern Touch with an Industrial Retro style where industry can give a vintage impression of the room and with a modern blend that keeps it simple.

The layout of the Fossil retail shop layout is divided into 2 layouts (lt 1 & mezzanine).

The use of mezzanine is done because there are areas that have a high level of privacy, namely the custom place and service that is intended for Fossil customers themselves who are in the mezzanine area. while in the ground floor area / lt 1 is used for the display area and also the employee and storage area is the back of this site. The display area is divided into 2 by gender, namely the male area (on the left) and also the female area (on the right) and also the cashier area in the middle. consideration of the placement of the cashier area in the middle makes it easy for customers from the left and right not too far to access the cashier area when going to make a transaction.

This retail entrance is divided into 2 and is focused on the middle which can facilitate the control and concentration of incoming customers and also the window display on the right and left on the front.

Brand Identity Located in the city of Bandung and close to educational facilities. Co-living Space Bandung is the first Co-Living facility in Bandung located in urban areas where we can enjoy a lifestyle that focuses on a community lifestyle (focus on building community), has a variety of facilities from residential, co-working, playroom, movie room, etc. Co-living Bandung can increase the productivity and collaboration of users with each other, both in terms of work and life Coliving Bandung has the concept of COLLABORATION where residents are expected to collaborate in several aspects, namely in aspects of life, work, and also pleasure. by applying the “Urban Nature” style which wants to create collaboration in urban lifestyle characteristics (Urban) and with nature. and also reflects the surrounding conditions, namely the city of Bandung precisely the Siliwangi road close to the Forrest Walk Babakan Siliwangi which has a collaboration of natural fusion in the middle of the city so that residents and users can experience a conducive space experience and can interact well with each other

Facility in Co-living Space in Bandung is divided into 7 floors with flooring division, Start from the ground floor is a public area that can be accessed by public visitors and residents, then on the 1 st floor to 4th floor is a communal space that can only be accessed by residents and also manager of this Co-living space, in this communal area have many amenities like coworking space, laundry room, library, meeting room, etc. and on the 5th, 6th & 7th floor is a residential area of the Co-living space facility Room Accomadation

The Design of This Co-living Space, it has a Co-working space which is divided into 2 floors and has a 765m2 space. The Coworking area is specifically intended for residents of the Bandung Co-living Space. The concept applied to the co-working space is based on the habits/behavior of digital nomads and millennials who have a high level of activity and diversity of activities carried out.

Designed with an atmosphere of urban nature that has a high level of productivity and also the tranquility of nature that can increase productivity with a wide selection of work areas with a view that can add inspiration and productivity of users. The diversity of work areas in this coworking space are the normal desk area, standing desk, shared pantry area, bar desk, swing desk, hammock working, working on the floor and skype area.

The Design of This Co-living Space has 3 types of residential rooms that have 31 units type 1 with area ± 30m2 /unit, 22 Unit type 2 with area ± 60m2/ unit and 22 units type 3 with area ± 60m2. The Residential room concept of Bandung Co-living Space focuses on the work area were to increase the productivity of co-living residents, therefore the placement of sleeping areas in this room is not too dominant
