reetings – welcome to summer 2025! We had a cool, damp spring here in the ‘Lou, but summer has arrived. It’s a busy time – vacations, weddings, anniversaries, graduations – but work life goes on as well.
We had our tri-annual Champions’ Circle meeting last month in Boulder, Colorado – the venue was beautiful and the mountain views breathtaking. Forty-five of our top Partners gathered to renew friendships, share insights and enjoy a few days of rest, relaxation and camaraderie. Highlights included:
• A brief chat with Anesa Chaibi, the new CEO of Global Industrial. Anesa made the trip to Boulder to be able to meet with our Partners and share a little bit of her vision for Global and Indoff. Anesa’s initial focus is cleaning up Global’s internal systems, processes and procedures. It was good of her to make the effort and for us to hear from her.
• An overview of the investments we are making in sales and marketing;
• Promotion of Josh Long to President of the Company - Josh’s background includes plenty of operational experience, but more importantly, he has sold. He’s a multi-time million dollar producer, and he brings an understanding of the sales process to our leadership team.
• Move of Tom Vanhoozer to VP of Business Development in 2024 – Tom is available to help Partners review their results, set plans and improve sales. Tom brings 30 years of experience to the role, including 15 years as an Indoff Partner.
• Hiring of Rob Gallant as VP of Strategic Sales - Rob is helping to develop opportunities for Partners –further inroads into key accounts, access to GPOs (Equalis, TIPS, others) and bringing multiple Partners together to tackle significant opportunities.
• A discussion of Indoff’s unique strategic advantages:
• Product and solutions knowledge – our Partner group represents thousands of years of experience; there isn’t a situation or challenge a customer could have that our Partners haven’t encountered. It’s the Indoff version of AI…
• Cross-functional capabilities – Indoff can supply our customers from their front parking lot to the back dock – lights, flooring, furnishings, supplies, shelving, racking, dock shelters. Working with your fellow Partners to further penetrate an account helps to reinforce that your customer can call you for ANYTHING.
All in all, it was a great meeting. We want to see YOU at our next one in 2028!
This first half of the year has been a bit of a roller coaster ride, but our business is up nearly 10% year over year through May. Customers are searching for ways to adapt to today’s world – doing more work with fewer people, investing in workplace safety and ergonomics, increasing efficiencies to reduce costs. We have these solutions – get out and share them with your customers!

What’s an Indoff?” We’ve all encountered this question. The reality is, Indoff means something distinct to every Partner, and even clients familiar with our structure often don’t fully grasp the breadth of business solutions we can provide. Consequently, Partners may miss out on significant growth opportunities by not leveraging the full spectrum of our offerings.
With this in mind, the marketing team has dedicated time to developing resources to facilitate these conversations. Whether you aim to penetrate a new industry or collaborate with other Partners to offer solutions from a different division, we likely have materials to support your efforts. If we don’t, we provide direct assistance in crafting specific messaging tailored to the products and services you wish to promote, as long as we have the time, manpower, and your support by providing us with the context and information. Even as a long-time experienced Partner, some of these materials may feel like news to you. Below is a brief overview of the key marketing assets and support available to you:
Idea Books
Our Idea Books have been significantly expanded, totaling 17 guides, with more continuously developing. These books can be used to quickly and visually showcase our capabilities. For instance, nearly every business requires Promotional Products. You can easily demonstrate our services by sharing the Promotional Products Idea Book. Should a customer express interest, simply inform Margaret Wiggemansen, and you’ll hopefully see the additional commission reflected in your checks. These books are also “fluid”; if you identify a product category we’re missing, please let us know, and we can update them in real-time.
Divisional Slicks and Presentations
We consistently update our Divisional Slicks with the latest information and develop new versions that highlight all our divisions, MRO supplies, and more. Additionally, we have developed PowerPoint presentations and concise booklets that clearly explain Indoff’s identity, operational model, and full scope of services for you to take advantage of.
Big 5 Initiative
Through our Big 5 Initiative, we continue to provide rebranded catalogs and flyers from Global Industrial. These materials not only showcase products available on shop.indoff.com but also serve as excellent examples of the diverse solutions your customers may not realize you offer. Just as Global recently uncovered new opportunities by touring their top clients’ facilities, you too can find similar success.

Empowering Partners to Control Their Own Destiny

he INDOFF LLC strategic accounts team was established in the fall of 2024. The program’s objective is to assist Partners in growing their business, defending their current business, potentially leaving a legacy for the next generation, and most importantly, empowering Partners to control their own destiny.
The strategic account selection and qualification process starts with a simple discussion with a Partner about their goals and the needs of the respective customers. All discussions and decisions are Partner—and customer-driven. For example, qualifying questions may include: Is the customer expanding or trying to standardize processes or procedures? Or is there a chance to grow the business over $250,000 a year?
Once an account becomes a mutually agreeable strategic account prospect, the next step is to build a Partnercentric sales strategy. We’ll establish the role of the Partner and the strategic accounts team, clarify who should reach out to develop new relationships, and discuss the protocol to ensure the Partner is involved in every step. Tom and I have worked with CI Partners Carol Eckhoff, Jon Rakes, and Michael Dormagen in our marketing department to customize our participation in a Denver Public Schools furniture tradeshow in March of 2025. Customer presentations were also conducted with MH Partner David Perry involving NOBLE INDUSTRIES, and an ongoing marketing campaign was established to expand the program to other military bases across the US. We also worked with MH Partner Tony Goodwin to qualify new opportunities at Cameron Ashley Building Products involving furniture and MRO solutions.
The strategic account team will also create new opportunities with national buying groups called “Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)”. GPOs are typically established by a group of customers aligning by industry to negotiate enhanced terms and conditions, vendor performance guidelines and consistent discount structures. GPOs award contracts with selected suppliers through a competitive and transparent process. Today, INDOFF enjoys several direct GPO agreements managed by Strategic Accounts and our CI Partners, Kim Gregory and Dana Miller. We’ve also recently been awarded the Equalis GPO CI agreement due to the support of Ronni Hillard, Dana Miller, LeAnn Pashina, Vicky Pape and Lauri Nicolas.
Lastly, the strategic account team expanded in April 2025 with the hiring of Joanne Rafa, Business Development Manager in Dallas, TX. Joanne brings a wealth of experience having worked with Ronni Hillard for several years, and has a deep understanding of the INDOFF model. As with myself, our only job is to help Partners control their own destiny and reach their goals.

Indoff LLC - 2025 Bill Pedersen Award Winner
During the Champions Circle meeting in Boulder in May, the Bill Pedersen Award was awarded to Deanna Lies, Indoff Partner from Cheyenne, Wyoming. The Pedersen Award goes to the “…Partner who best exemplifies the Indoff spirit of sharing, caring and being positive…” – Dee is a most worthy recipient of this honor.
Dee officially started with Indoff in November 2012; she had helped her father and mother – Al and Rosie Weston – over the years prior to that time. A secondgeneration Indoff Partner, Dee successfully manages a far-reaching “territory” – Wyoming – and is focused on business products, printing and furniture. She is a ten-time Million Dollar Partner as well.
The Pedersen recognizes excellence in the field and excellence with fellow Partners and the Corporate Staff – Dee most certainly represents this quality in her daily Indoff life. Congratulations to Deanna Lies, our 2025 Bill Pedersen Award winner!
Indoff LLC - 2025 John Temple Award Winner
At our Champions Circle meeting in Boulder in May, the John Temple Award was given to Heather Phillips, Indoff Partner from Des Moines, Iowa. The Temple Award is given to the “…Partner who best exemplifies John’s tireless spirit by supporting our recruiting efforts…” – Heather lives up to this every day.
Heather officially started with Indoff in February 2014, but she had unofficially been working with her mom, Marsha Olinghouse, for some time before that. A second-generation Partner, Heather is furniture focused but brings in expertise as needed. She is a fourtime Million Dollar Partner, and she works with multiple Partners supporting customers nationwide such as Wells Fargo.


Heather has been one of our recruiting department’s go to folks for speaking with prospects, and most recently, she helped with the recruiting of Denise Humphrey and Bridget Moroney, two new 2025 hires. Heather’s enthusiasm and willingness to speak with prospects is a huge help in our recruiting process. Congratulations to Heather Phillips, our 2025 John Temple Award winner!

Building Relationships and Earning Trust
’m excited to share that we recently secured a large dispenser order with a local school district—an important step in expanding our presence in the educational market and growing our business products division.
Since joining Indoff, I’ve had my eyes set on key markets across Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. At the start of this year, I decided the town of Eunice, NM—about an hour outside of Midland/Odessa—was my next territory to claim.
Just as God promised the Israelites the land of Canaan— “Take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess” (Numbers 33:53)—I felt called to plant my flag and go after this market with everything I had.
I’ve invested countless hours building relationships and earning trust in Eunice. With the help of Daniel Stinson, we were awarded a school bid, allowing us to step into the public education sector here in New Mexico.
This initial success opened the door to additional opportunities, enabling us to secure not only the dispenser business but also the district’s copy paper, trash can liners, and administrative furniture needs.
By replacing an out-of-state competitor’s low-quality dispensers with Scott-branded products—installed at no cost and backed by a competitively priced refill contract—we showed the district the value we bring. These wins are saving them money while providing consistent, high-quality products and services across multiple categories.
Not only is this saving the district money, but it’s also providing a consistent, high-quality product across all campuses. Staff, students, and visitors notice the difference every day. The takeaway? A $600 investment in dispensers has gained me over $40,000 in business—and I’m just getting started. Do whatever it takes to win the business, sometimes that means challenging the status quo and taking ground from your competitors. That’s how you grow. And for me, Eunice is just the beginning.
