NSS The NSS is sponsored by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India, as well as by Dept. of Youth Services and Sports, Karnataka, plays a pivotal role in recognizing the hidden talents among the youth. The unit helps to develop leadership qualities, inculcates a sense of responsibility to serve the nation. Under the able leadership of the Principals, NSS officers, the NSS units organize workshops, seminars, awareness programmes and special camps.

PLACEMENT CELL In pursuit of Excellence!

We at Indo Asian Academy believe in creating the action plan to build professionals with a difference. We sensitize our students towards rapidly changing business environment and sustainable development. This not only helps them to channelize their actions in the right direction but will also allow them to anticipate what comes next in their Endeavour to empower organizations and communities.

The Placement Cell of IAAGI has a fully developed Placement Cell along with the In-house Training and Development functions. Each Year, we invite and host companies on campus to hold recruitments for our students. As a part of Placement activity, we also liaise with the placement officers of various institutions and help our students participate in the various pool campus drives held by many colleges in Bengaluru.

Training We aim to equip the students with highest standard of education, knowledge and ethics which ensures the overall development of the personality. We give training on Resume Writing, Employability Skills, Aptitude Test, Entrepreneurship Skills, Verbal Skills, Logical Reasoning, On-Time Mock Test, Personality Development, Interview Etiquettes & Career Counseling.

Placement Process All III Year Under Graduate Students and II Year Post Graduate Students are eligible to apply to be part of the Placement Process.

Following are the Steps to apply for Placement Services.

STEP 1 – Collect a Placement Registration form from the Placement Cell and register at no extra cost.

STEP 2 – Submit the copy of the placement registration form to the placement office.

STEP 3 – Retain One Copy for yourself.

STEP 4 – HR of a company contacts College or Placement Officer contacts the company.

STEP 5 – Announcement is made of the Placement Drive, JD and CTC is announced to students.

STEP 6 – Placement Representative is contacted for details with regards to Date and Timing.

STEP 7 – Students are required to Sign-Up for the Placement Drive.

STEP 8 – Companies Confirm the Drive with Infrastructure Details.

STEP 9 – Students participate in the Placement Drive. (Pre-Placement Talk, Test/Personal Interview) STEP 10 – Short-Listed or Selected Candidates are announced.

Selection Student must communicate with the company only via the Placement centre List of selected students will be displayed on the notice board.

After having accepted a job offer, if the student does not wish to join the company due to genuine reasons, then the student must inform the Placement Office about the same.

Students who want to pursue higher studies, refrain from placement process.
