WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT? Managing Projects™ builds on existing knowledge and utilises Association for Project Management (APM) best practice frameworks, tools and templates. It provides all the tools and techniques required for your people to be able to deliver projects competently. It also reinforces a common language and approach for the team and organisation, which research (PWC Global Survey 2012) proves elevates project success levels. This workshop concentrates on practice. Delegates will have been exposed to the project environment, whether role-based or off the side of their desk. Now being expected to deliver something more formal or high profile, with a structured and professional recognised approach.
