For In-Home Design Consultations, please refer to our In-Home Design Package. • Upon receipt of the product list confirmation, we will reserve your quoted items for up to 7 working days, upon which a deposit must be paid to secure your items. • Confirmed Indigo stock based on the product list can be held for up to 1 calendar month once a 50% nonrefundable, deposit has been paid. • Upon receipt of full payment, Indigo goods will be delivered as per the agreed schedule. Cost • The In-Home Design Consultation service should be paid 100% in full prior to the consultation. • The In-Home Design Consultation is charged at $2,000 which is inclusive of the Interior Decorator’s or Sales Design Consultant’s transportation costs and is limited to a maximum of 2 hours and a 1 hour optional personalized showroom tour. Additional hours will be charged thereafter on an hourly basis of $1,000 per hour. Makeover your home in just 3 weeks with the seamless help and support of one of our Interior Decorators. They’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure that the design of your new home is as beautiful, as it is perfect.

A one-on-one 2-hour initial discussion of your needs and preferences in the comfort of your home where our Interior Decorator will walk through your home / room to discuss in depth the changes you require, the style & items you’re looking for and recommend products to fit your space, taste and budget.
Enjoy a further 1 hour personalised showroom tour of the Indigo products and collections recommended by our Interior Decorator.
THE PROPOSAL
Receive a complete Design Plan within 7-10 working days inclusive of: a 2D Layout, 3D visualisation a moodboard, and complete product list with our designer’s proposed furniture selection tailored to your specifications.
Receive professional design tips, ideas and a selection of options on home furnishings such as, wallpaper, paints, curtains and wardrobes.
Inclusive of up to 2 revisions.
THE SET- UP
An Indigo Decorator, Stylist or Sales Design Consultant will be on-site during your set up to assist and oversee the set-up*.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Beyond the first hour, additional hours at the showroom will be charged at $1,000 per hour.
• Please note the living room and dining are considered to be 2 separate rooms if the complete gross sq ft of the home is over 1,000 sq ft.
• Beyond the first two revisions, additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $1,000 inclusive of the moodboard, 2D layout and 3D visualisation which will be revised within 7 working days.
• You can request revisions of the product list at no extra charge.
• Upon receipt of the product list and design plan confirmation, we will reserve your quoted items for a period of up to 7 working days, upon which a deposit
Cost $2,000
• On a per room basis (up to 2 hours per room and $2,000 per hour thereafter)
• The initial $2,000 cost is redeemable with purchase of over $50,000 in Indigo product per room and if made within 20 working days from receipt of your design proposal
must be paid to secure your items.
• Confirmed Indigo stock based on the product list can be held for up to 1 calendar month once a 50% nonrefundable, deposit has been paid.
• Upon receipt of full payment, Indigo goods will be delivered as per the agreed schedule.
• On-site project management by an Indigo Decorator, Stylist or Sales Design Consultant is only applicable if the total value of Indigo products purchased equates to $50,000 or more.
• If the above term is not met, customers can request home styling as an add-on service. Styling fees start from $5,000 / half a day or $10,000 full day.
• Requested outsourced non Indigo products will not be
entitled to the $2,000 design donsult rebate and 100% full payment of outsourced, non Indigo items must be made prior to any order being placed. Installation of non Indigo product must be handled and is the responsibility of the supplier. Indigo is not liable for outsourced, third party vendors.
• Sourcing of non Indigo, outsourced product or fixtures will incur an additional procurement fee of $250 per hour.
