$500 Covers classroom supplies for 10 classrooms
$1,500 Stops summer learning loss for 1 scholar by covering their costs for 6 weeks of summer learning $1,000 Provides training, coaching and support for 1 Servant Leader Intern $750 Funds 3 Parent Engagement nights for 1 site, building community relationships
$300 Provides 1 week of snacks for scholars at 1 site
The work of Freedom School Partners brings people together across many barriers to promote the long-term success of children. In 15 years, with the vibrant support of the Charlotte community, we have raised awareness for the critical need of summer learning to help close the opportunity gap, recruited hundreds of talented college students into teaching and built a network of thousands of volunteers. Let’s keep reversing summer learning loss and inspiring children to be lifelong learners!
