Six stages are explained for the tooth development and growth process namely: 1. Lamina or initiation stage – in which germinal tissue is formed (dental). 2. Bud stage – Here the analge responsible for enamel development forms. 3. Cap stage. 4. Bell stage. 5. Apposition and calcification stage. 6. Tooth eruption.
