Hello all! We are so pleased to inform you that a magnum opus in terms of new websites featuring wonderful destinations and activities, for every kind of genre has finally been completed...Especially relevant is the fact that the site is Mobile friendly! For that is how people are accessing websites nowadays! This was no easy task. The redrawing of trips took a year but the results are well worth it ! North eastern India still drew discerning travellers like a magnet! And colourful tribal festivals in Nagaland, as well as the quiet charms of Manipur, where polo was first picked up by the English, along with a unique cross over from Myanmaar into India, were some of the highlights. Old friends of the Company, Jane Tuckerman and Henry Foley and the Maracke’s from Germany in particular went on a special journey led by Executive Director rtd Major General Surjit Singh, a spry 87! And Rohit Ninoriya. The letter from Jane reproduced below sums the journey up so well! You will also enjoy the images and video clips of their tribal encounters. Other highlights of the past season were the launch of conservation operations in the sacred forests of the Annamalai highlands, Tamil Nadu state’s unique biosphere featuring the … and /national parks. The wonderful trails, coconut plantations, ayurvedic villages, waterfalls, wildlife and a myriad of other delights, is now available to TigerPaws guests along with backwater cruises, heritage hotels and sea beaches in Kerala, the neighbouring state. The American Embassy School equestrian and riding clinic held outside Udaipur, the Lake Palace city was once again a runaway success with maximum signups. The year past also saw American expats from Singapore, led by Sita Sarna (Princess Sita to her friends) come on an indepth trip of India’s Golden Triangle. Incredibly researched by Sita herself, TigerPaws was able to deliver a top class trip featuring Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur, along with some hidden delights enroute such as the Mountbatten Lodge near Ranakpur and small heritage fort palaces not known to the world at large.
