Incline Village, a development project situated in Duluth, Minnesota, is spearheaded by Incline Plaza Development LLC. This company is renowned for other notable projects, such as Endi Apartments, the Lighthouse for the Blind, and Kenwood Village Apartments Incline Village is being developed on the old Duluth Central High School site, which was purchased and demolished in 2022. Development Team Leader Jeff Schiltz and numerous building trade partners have played a crucial role in the project’s initiation
