BUNNlES. BIRDS 3' BUTTERF LIES

We were contracted by ldlewild Union of Seattle to create giant versions of the famous Bunny Series by Hunt Slonem, for a grand exhibition at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. We made a total of 18 Bunnies, each around 1O' tall. Additionally, We created several Toucans and Turtles for the project. Each sculpture was created using EPS Foam, Polyurea Hard Coating, and covered with an intricate layer of glass mosaic.

We continue to develop an exclusive series of museum quality ancient relics. Each stunning reproduction is meticulously created from an original interpretation of the historically significant hieroglyphic relief. Each reproduction is carefully formed using faux stone and poly resin castings.

It is then hand-embellished to create an authentic aged Egyptian Sandstone patina finish.

TOUCHDOWN CITY REPLICA HELMETS We created 3 giant helmets, sculpted out of EPS Foam, hard-coated with Epoxy and painted with the exact colors of the original helmet design.

Each helmet was then outfitted with digital graphics, face guards formed from PVC Pipe, and mounted to mobile steel support stands.

In 2015, The Washington State Fair introduced a new Mascot: BIG WASHINGTON. As part of one exhibit, The Fair wanted to create a unique Photo Op statue. We produced the Bigfoot Sculpture, using EPS Foam, with a Urethane Outer Shell. We used High Density Urethane Foam for the dimensional "Candy Pieces".

After completing several sculptures for a Client in New Jersey, we were called on by A&E's "Shipping Wars" to tape an episode with Mark Springer, and a film crew from LA. The sculptures were carefully crated at our facility in Puyallup, and delivered to the Client about a week later. The episode aired on A&E on April 1st, 2015

This unique non-motorized racing event challenges both experienced racers and amateurs alike to design and build outrageous, human-powered soapbox dream machines and compete against the clock in a downhill race .. Since the first Red Bull Soapbox Race took place in Belgium, in 2000, more than 40 Red Bull Soapbox Races have been held around the globe, attracting up to 120,000 spectators for a single event.

As part of a resurgence of the traditional "Early Sixties" Style, reminiscent of the the Worlds Fair, the Space Needle hired us to come up with a fun, funky Retro Lunch Truck. We started with an old 1964 p Step Van, and transformed it into an oversized 1959 Cadillac!

We started by forming a fin "master" out of high Density Urethane Foam, and applying fiberglass over the form to create two identical fins. These were installed onto the body of the truck and blended in with the sides. We then created custom thermo-formed Tail Lights, and applied a "Faux Stainless Side Panel System, and High Density Urethane Embossed signs. The entire truck was then painted in a bright red finish.The Truck is stationed directly beneath the towering Space Needle, serving visitors from around the world

Original Concept

Red Bull Flugtag is the world's wildest homemade, human-powered flying craft competition, held throughout the world. We were called upon to develop a lightweight, sturdy somewhat "aerodynamic" craft for the client.

We constructed the framework from aluminum, the wings from thin PVC sheeting, and the fuselage from EPS Foam. The craft was launched with an alumnum support cage mounted on wheels, that detached when airborne.

When the folks at the Seattle Space Needle wanted a nimble, mobile ticket booth, we rose to the occasion by developing a support chassis, shroud and cover system for a standard Segway Personal Transporter that was lightweight and resilient. The first 3 of these craft served throughout the Seatle Center in the summer of 2015.

Originally built for the 1962 World's Fair, the 74-acre Seattle Center is a park, arts, and entertainment center in Seattle, Washington

WE REMOVED THE ENTIRE SHELL, BUILT A NEW HEAVY-DUTY CHASSIS FROM SCRATCH, REINSTALLED THE SHELL, REINFORCED AND HINGED THE SIDE, AND INSTALLED A COMPLETE GLASS BLOWING FACILITY, READY TO ROLL DOWN THE ROAD.

0 oculus Oculus Dreamdeck is a Virtual Reality showcase that transports you to impossible places and magical worlds. One segment of Dreamdeck includes a "Mad Hatter" Room. Oculus wanted to capture the essence of this VR Experience in one of their conference rooms. We created a giant Cherub Mirror to fit around a video conferencing monitor. Along with furnishings and wall coverings, the effect was fantastic.

Oculus wanted to capture the essence of this VR Experience in one of their lunchrooms. We created a giant 5' Zeppelin, sculpted from EPS Foam. The Seattle Seahawks asked us to create 9' Tall replicas of Seahawks Players

Doug Baldwin and Bobby Wagner.

Each sculpture starts with an aluminum armature (like a support skeleton).

Blocks of EPS Foam are attached and blended. The foam is then hand-sculpted to take human form. This is followed by a resilient Polyurea "hard-coat" and hand-painted details.

Each sculpture is hollow in the back and provided with a stage, allowing fans to step up into the back and pose for photo-opportunities
