A badminton session where all abilities are welcome! We provide all equipment so all you need is something comfortable to exercise in and your own water!
SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
PILATES
A type of workout that involves simple, repetitive exercises to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and postural stability. It may reduce pain and help with weight loss and balance.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT
A gentle and effective way of improving coordination, breathing, flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
CALISTHENICS
A beginner friendly class that helps establish a solid foundation of movement for day-today life. This class will improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness level.
SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
PICKLEBALL
A mash up of tennis, badminton and ping pong and can be played by singles or in pairs.
SOCIAL RUN CLUB
A run club at a very entry level pace, designed to allow you to go for a run, catch up with colleagues and meet new people. All abilities welcome!
AQUA AEROBICS
The moves are very similar to those you find in a normal aerobics class, like star jumps, sideways lunges and lots of jogging back and forward.

A 45-minute mini trampoline workout featuring a series of choreographed jumping routines to all your favourite music.
TENNIS
A coach-led session suitable for beginners and all other skill levels. We provide all equipment, so just turn up in something to exercise in.

Suitable for all levels, a chance to come and play Table tennis in a non competitive, fun environment.
SQUASH
Suitable for all skill levels. All rackets and balls are provided in our squash courts in ethos. Just come in something comfortable to exercise in.
YOGA
Yogic practices include breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chanting, and other meditation methods. Beginner friendly!
MUAY THAI Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is a Thai martial art and combat sport that uses standup striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques, as well as some cardio in the session. Completely beginner friendly!

A beginner friendly running group with an experienced run leader to help coach and encourage you.
ZUMBA
A dance class featuring intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and strength through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.
SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
An introduction to lifting weights and a female session only. This will be lead by our very experienced gym team and is open to all abilities.
TAI CHI
A mind-body exercise that combines movements, meditation, and deep breathing. Beginner friendly!
