LEADERSHIP: what you want and what you get

J. Oswald Sanders said that leadership is influence nothing more nothing less. It is about influencing others in things that are worth it. It does not depend on titles or positions; it depends on someone who has God’s vision and encourages others to join him in said mission. When this happens, leadership appears in its purest form. It is eventually necessary in all organizations, especially when there is no system or plan; nowadays, there is no expectation of progress. Many regions of the world wish for effective leaders that are men of God. A leader must earn the right to lead and be followed by others.
