WHAT GOD WANTS FROM YOUNG PEOPLE God has a mission for every young person who decides to dedicate his/her life to Him. That is why it is essential to give the helm to the Lord and remember that success is not ours but His. Many young people ask themselves, “What does God want with my life?” He wants us to praise him, to serve him and to preach His Word. However, new questions arise: “Am I ready?” “Am I wise enough?” “Am I brave enough?” Each question has only one answer in Jesus Christ. 1. Lead a clean life. “Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word” (Psalm 119:9). Social networks have become the most used media by young people. It is estimated that in 2018, around 2.4 billion people used the networks, most of them in the Americas and Asia. The expansion in these geographical areas is reflected not only in the penetration, but also in the hours of use. Many young people use social networks to stay upto-date on the latest events, but others use them for sin, contaminating their minds and hearts. For this reason, the Lord commands us to devote more time to reading the Sacred Scriptures. 2. Remember that you will be judged. “Rejoice, O

SEARCH WITHIN “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts” (Psalm 139:23). It is beneficial to search our faults and ask God to help us to overcome them.

DAILY STEPS FOR A CHRISTIAN

LIFE PRAY “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us” (1 John 5:14). Take a moment to talk “face to face” with God, to speak to Him and listen to His voice. He is very interested in what happens in our lives.
