POWERFUL, GLOBAL FACTS OF THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST The WMM in Italy held its 8th National Convention in Genoa, one of the most populated cities of the country. It was attended by the main leaders of the Work of God and delegations from various countries. At the beginning of the event, held under the motto “Credibility 2018,” Reverend José Arturo Soto, International President of the WMM, preached the Word with the message “Powerful, Global Facts of the Second Coming of Christ,” based on Zechariah 14:4-8. He said that, “God has a defined purpose for this world. The Lord is the one who rules over this world and the whole universe.” Over fifteen hundred people gathered for four days to proclaim that Jesus Christ is the only way to reach salvation. In the morning service of the second day, Sister Carmen Valencia shared the Good News through the message “Accept God’s Process,” based on Genesis 50:20. In her speech, the Colombian missionary said, “Life consists of processes. Everything God has created is marked by His process. He knows how much is achieved step by step. We need to go through the process.” The spiritual event, which was broadcast live by Bethel Television, continued with a night service in which Rev. Gustavo Martínez, International Treasurer of the WMM shared a sermon titled “Christians Holding on to Hidden Sins,” based on Ezekiel 14:5-7. The pastor said, “We know from the Scriptures that we cannot escape God’s gaze and knowledge.” In the morning service of the third day, Pastor Soto evangelized the faithful who had come to Genoa to listen to the Word. The President of the Work developed the message “Difficulties Faced by Leaders,” based on 2 Corinthians 11:24-28: “Some pastors – thank God not many – act as if the church belonged to them, and the church does not belong to any pastor.” IMPORTANT MEETING
