While art may legitimize itself as an object or an event, architecture dissolves into a blur of buildings.

The architecture is positioned beneath a sky and above the ground as the subject and the object of human experience. It exists horizontally in spatial dimension and vertically on a time dimension.

I think that the building development, including well designed diagrams or layout without spatial relationship in different manners, it is just merely a building, which is not architecture. This portfolio comprises the process of my enlightenment and challenge that I keep promoting to create a new type of architecture based on the empirical.

Project Overview A science city is exactly as the word describes: a hub of science which aims to enrich the school curriculum and equip learners by providing valuable handson learning experiences using world class exhibits that are designed to increase learners’ skill and understanding of science, technology and maths, basically, demystifying the world of science & technology. Science cities stimulate curiosity, develop inquiring minds and expose children and adults to positive new experiences. They help people to cope with the rapidly changing technological environment, and empower them by improving their life skills. They also complement the school curriculum and train science multipliers such as teachers, teacher-trainers and parents to deal with the intellectual and practical activities encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behaviour of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.

Site Analysis

Location: The site is located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, just adjoining the Mumbai-Panvel Expressway going to Pune and Goa. Kharghar is the main town of Navi-M Kharghar is envisaged as providing a high quality of life to its residents and ensuring that this quality of life is not restricted to a select few, but is available to eac life was defined in terms of the goals for the new city.

Promoters: The proposal is brought up by CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation Of Maharashtra Limited) to construct a Science City at this partic Coordinates: 19° N latitude; 73° E longitude.

Altitude: 10 m above sea level.

Zone: Institutional

Surroundings: Bharti Vidya Peeth University and NIFT campus. It also consist of an express highway at the front and the Navi Mumbai metro under construction ne Site Area: 18.55 Hectares or 45 Acres.

02 Cycle Track Elevated Bicycle Track // 6th Sem Studio Project Project Type Location

: Public Realm : New Delhi, India

Project Overview As a state level Urban design competition the vision was to explore innovative ideas to design a Cycle Track. The brief was provided with a site in India’s capital - New Delhi. The site was a revised plan of New Delhi with a net span of 6kms; from Satpula to JLN Stadium. The sorrounding of the site had Residential Areas, Insti tutional areas, open grounds, a covered drainage and sewage canal; having access from City’s Arterial roads and Higways.

The real challenge was to convert a simple cycle pathway into an Ecological congregation space.

Providing niches on both sides for more efficient wind flow throughout the tunnel.

Solar Panels are laid over the south facing side of trapezoidal roof. Solar panels are used for power generation.

Rainwater pipes channel the rainwater to storage chambers.

Aerodynamic form of the track allows efficient flow of air flux throughout the structure.

Project Overview Griha Competiiton was a unique challenge on it’s own. The school project was one of a kind in which the different parameters (min. 8 out of 34) of a green design had to be kept in mind while keeping in mind the complexities of designing in an urban space. The underlying concept of the design process is that a truly green building must replicate the function of organic matters.

Sustainable developement embodies standards of judgement and behaviour to be respected as the human community seeks to satisfy its needs of survival and well being.

Project Overview “Casa Hypotenuse� is a residential dwelling in the middle of the busy Gurgaon Metropolis. Just like any other building , this 20 year old structure initiated a design investigation and led to an intense structural stability exercise to provide an aesthetic make over. The south facing facade provides a big opportunity to play with the harsh sun throughout the day and adds to the different scale , angle and space frame of this massing to create an architectural spectacle on the Gurugram Cityscape.

The Hypotenuse is the shortest path between two faces of an entity which happen to be the two open elevations at the site.

Project Overview Gopalpur is a small town in Odisha which is becoming quite famous because of a recent discovered festival called PAGo. Our intent for this design was to enhance and promote the festival nationally and provide a promenade for the locals and tourists all year round.
