I have followed this subreddit for 5 years. Two years ago I began documenting the concerning increasing in posts describing abnormal clots and tissue I was seeing.
These are posts being made from young, scared women who are concerned for their health - most of them are being dismissed by their doctors and reassured that this is normal, harmless or just a 'decidual cast'.
If you look back into this subreddit's history, you will see that over the years there have always been posts made from women experiencing abnormal bleeding - but the sudden explosion of these posts over the past two years is glaring.
There is something wrong. Our doctors know that fertility in America continues to decrease. This should be any quality gynecologists #1 concern. This should be making waves in the gynecologic community. Why are our doctors not working to find the common thread between these women? Endometriosis, PCOS, metrorrhagia, fibroids, cysts - all occurring at exponentially increasing rates. Why?
