inés miño izquie architect with interests that orbit around art, research and cultural mediation. she links her work to the territory through material and social conflicts, working in different formats such as sculpture, immersive installations, radical spatial interventions and activations in cultural spaces.

graduated from ETSAM UPM in 2020, she completed her master’s degree at the UA UPS in 2021 with honors in her final research piece ‘the affectivity of survival’.

during the past year she has exhibited at TEA-Tenerife Espacio de las Artes, participated in the festival Domingo at La Casa Encendida and developed the cultural program at CC Las Cigarreras for the project Ficciones Compartidas, alçar la terra as part of La Cuarta Piel. She has also been lecturing undertaking the project zero module at University of Alicante. Recently she won and developed the artistic residency Ezprogui (Guetadar) in Navarra.

she studied for a year in Sao Paulo, Brazil with the Magalhães Scholarship from 2017 to 2018, at the Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo de UNICAMP. In 2019 she was granted the UPM Cooperation Scholarship to carry out her research the in the area of Housing and Habitat at TECHO RD, Dominican Republic.

trough her career she has worked with public institutions such as the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid and with the Council of Historic Memory of Alicante. She participates with Martillo Neumático in festivals such as GAU ZURIA in Bilbao and A Cel Obert in Tortosa.
