If you have signed up to serve the pups breakfast, please plan to arrive at 8 AM.

If you are tucking the pups into bed & locking up in the evening, please plan to depart by 8 PM.

THIS WEEK AT THE RANCH :

THE PUPS NEED YOU AT THE RANCH! The following are the empty time slots for this week.

MONDAY : 2 4 PM

TUESDAY : 4 6 PM (FEEDING TIME / MENTOR NEEDED)

WEDNESDAY : 10 AM - NOON, NOON - 2 PM, 6 - 8 PM, 7:30 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP)

THURSDAY : 2 4 PM

FRIDAY : 8 10 AM (FEEDING TIME), 10 AM NOON, NOON 2 PM

SATURDAY : 2 4 PM, 6 8 PM

SUNDAY : 10 AM NOON, NOON 2 PM, 2 4 PM

*** Feeding Times and Bedtime/Lock-Up are the most critical to fill. *** Please take a look at the available Feeding Times and Bedtimes to see if you are available to care for the pups.

If you have been through our Volunteer Orientation, please check your calendars to see if you are available to fill in this week...or any other week. Here is the link to the sign up.

After you’ve completed the online portion of Orientation, you must sign up to volunteer with a Mentor Volunteer to complete the hands on portion of your Orientation. You will know that a person is a Mentor Volunteer as this will be noted under their name on the sign up. They will show you around and get you acquainted with The Ranch. We ask that all new Volunteers sign up with a Mentor for the first Daily Chores time slot, first Feeding Time and first Bedtime/Lock Up time slot. All Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when at The Ranch. We do absolutely everything possible for these wonderful pups at The Ranch; we give them all the love and care that we can. What these lovely kids truly long for is to be in a Home with a Family. Guenther has been ADOPTED!!!

RANCH REMINDERS :

All individuals MUST be 16 years of age or older in order to administer any medications to the pups.

Please walk dogs out the back door of The Lodge and The Lounge; stay on the north side of The Lodge and the east side of the driveway (close to the gravel drive).

When you arrive to volunteer please make sure ALL pups go out to potty first. This is particularly important for the 8 AM time slot. ALL pups MUST be let out / taken out to potty BEFORE any meds or food are given.

Please put poop that has been scooped in the burn pile in the back of the property, behind The Lodge.

Please put poop that has been collected in plastic poop bags in the large trash bin west of The Lounge, next to the propane tank. (make sure the poop bag is tied).
