If you have signed up to serve the pups breakfast, please plan to arrive at 8 AM.

If you are tucking the pups into bed & locking up in the evening, please plan to depart by 8 PM.

THIS WEEK AT THE RANCH :

THE PUPS NEED YOU AT THE RANCH! The following are the empty time slots for this week.

MONDAY : 8 - 10 AM, 2 - 4 PM

THURSDAY : 10 AM - NOON, NOON - 2 PM, 2 - 4 PM,

FRIDAY : 10 AM - NOON, NOON - 2 PM, 2 - 4 PM, 4 - 6 PM (FEEDING TIME)

SATURDAY : 10 AM - NOON, NOON - 2 PM, 2 - 4 PM, 6 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP)

SUNDAY : 10 AM - NOON, NOON - 2 PM, 2 - 4 PM, 4 - 6 PM (FEEDING TIME), 6 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP)

*** Feeding Times and Bedtime/Lock-Up are the most critical to fill. ***

Please take a look at the available Feeding Times and Bedtimes to see if you are available to care for the pups.

Bonnie & Family

“You had me at FUREVER!”

My name is Bonnie and my family is acting as a medical foster for Foxy Roxie! Roxie is bright, well-behaved, patient and tolerant of our household imperfections. She is persevering through the ailments of heart worm treatment like a champion. We are grateful for this opportunity to give back to an organization like the FURever Ranch that supports life’s richest treasure – a senior pup!

As the saying goes, “before you get a dog, you can’t quite imagine what living with one might be like; afterward, you can’t imagine living any other way.” Our family has always been pet and dog enthusiasts. Our canine family members have seen my children through elementary school, middle school, high school and graduation from college. Our most recent, beloved Annie owned her place in our family for 18 human years! She and I turned gray together through the years. Annie made our lives richer, our home warmer and through her we experienced love that was pure and deep. I volunteer at the FURever ranch to celebrate all things good that come from caring for senior dogs. Thank you, Roxie and all doggos, for the pawprints you leave on our hearts.”

OUR VISION is to provide an environment where people and animals flourish in an atmosphere filled with kindness, openness, and loving hearts.

Mission Statement

OUR MISSION is to promote the loving & humane treatment of people and animals through education, advocacy, and services. OUR GOAL is to provide senior dogs a safe, loving, and healthy environment through rescue efforts, adoption, and lifelong care if needed.

For Our Dogs | We strive to find loving homes for each of our canine residents through foster homes, adoption, and if needed, a FURever home at our ranch. All dogs will be treated humanely and with the best possible emotional and medical care available. All dogs will be vaccinated and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

For Our People | We support God’s work by “ministry through action.” We provide a loving, safe gathering place to volunteer and care for our dogs, as well as to relax, attend self-help events, pray, play games, enjoy outdoor play areas, attend yoga classes, enjoy live music & food & wine events, and of course to love on our DOGGOS! Once a waiver is signed, all people are welcome to use the ranch during our operating hours at no cost .

You will be missed by everyone who helped you to a better life.

Lulabelle at The Ranch, & Lulabelle in her Foster Home - What a difference! We do absolutely everything possible for these wonderful pups at The Ranch; we give them all the love and care that we can.

RANCH REMINDERS

:

When signing up to volunteer, please make sure to list the names of all people who will be volunteering.

A poop receptacle has been placed at the back door of The Lodge. Please dispose of ALL poop in this can, poop from walks in bags and scooped poop from the yards. This can must always have a trash bag in it.

Dump all dirty water outside (dog water bowls, mop bucket water)

Please clean mop buckets outside, do not clean them in the in dog tub.

All individuals MUST be 16 years of age or older to administer any medications to the pups.

When you arrive to volunteer please make sure ALL pups go out to potty first.

This is particularly important for the 8 AM time slot. ALL pups MUST be let out / taken out to potty BEFORE any meds or food are given.
