MONDAY : 2 - 4 PM TUESDAY : 2 - 4 PM, 7:30 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP) WEDNESDAY : 2 - 4 PM, 6 - 8 PM THURSDAY : 2 - 4 PM, 6 - 8 PM, 7:30 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP) FRIDAY : 10 AM - NOON, NOON - 2 PM, 2 - 4 PM SATURDAY : 8 - 10 AM (FEEDING TIME), 10 AM - NOON, 2 - 4 PM, 4 - 6 PM (FEEDING TIME), 6 - 8 PM, 7:30 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP) SUNDAY : NOON - 2 PM, 2 - 4 PM, 6 - 8 PM, 7:30 - 8 PM (BEDTIME / LOCK-UP) *** Feeding Times and Bedtime/Lock-Up are the most critical to fill. *** Please take a look at the available Feeding Times and Bedtimes to see if you are available to care for the pups. You will know that they are a Mentor Volunteer as this will be noted under their name on the sign up. They will show you around and get you acquainted with The Ranch. VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT - WHAT IS YOUR ‘WHY’ FOR THE RANCH ?
Kerry Patterson is a wonderful member of our Leadership Team who is getting our Marketing on track :) I have been an animal lover since birth. When I saw that there was a senior dog sanctuary in Shawnee, I was so excited to get plugged in. I think I cry happy tears daily - whether it's because we found a FURever home for one of our seniors or seeing a dog thriving in a foster home - The Ranch is just a positive place to be. I am in awe of the commitment from all of our wonderful volunteers. The Ranch really is a beautiful place that promotes community and LOTS of love for our dogs!

*** NEW FOOD FOR THE PUPS !!! *** We have been very fortunate to have many donations of food for our pups! We have done our best to mix in new types of food to avoid as many upset tummies as possible. Unfortunately, any time a dog’s food is changed there is a high probability that they will have some kind of diarrhea. :(
In order to avoid the upset tummies and to promote the good health of our pups we will provide them with a consistent diet of Purina One Vibrant Maturity. In addition to the consistent food, we now have the proper amount of food that each pup should receive for breakfast and dinner noted on their white board. It is imperative that some of our pups lose weight for their overall health. This information should make feeding time so much easier and we will have far less wasted food.
