1/2teaspoonofsalt

2/3cupofoliveoil

1tablespoonoflemonzest

1/2cupoflemonjuice

1/4teaspoonpepper

⅓cupchoppedbasil

2tablespoonsofcapers

¾ pound of your choice of meat

1First,cookyourmeatseparately,thensetitasideforlater Ifyouare usinggroundbeef,thenmashthemeatintoapan,thenbreakitup over medium-high heat until fully cooked If using shrimp, then cookfor2-3minutesonmediumtohighheat.

2.Make the pasta. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of water until slightly firm, or about 8 minutes. When draining, leave a cup of pastawater Then,blendtheoliveoil,lemonzest,lemonjuice,and somepepperintoabowl
