The purpose of this project was to regenerate the local community with non-profit organizations. In advanced, we visited the Birmingham real estate factory to learn about the new construction method. My design was to attract more young people, set up a central square that could host various activities, and build a co-living house suitable for all ages. All at once, the semi-open space on the ground floor is connected to the canal, creating a recreational space for multiple activities.

--An AI-enhanced high rise building project
This project focuses on designing an eco-friendly timber skyscraper that provides various residential apartments while complementing the historic commercial district in central Liverpool. The development process incorporated AI-assisted design using Midjourney, an AI visual tool, to aid in the form-finding stage, guided by concept keywords such as modularity, porosity, and wood. The project demonstrates how AI can significantly enhance efficiency during the design stage. This innovative approach blends rapidly developing modern technology with sustainable construction practices, offering a visionary model for timber high-rise buildings
