1.IBSA's highest annual CP receipts to date were $6,640,960 in 2009, followed by $6,389,302 (-3.8%) in 2010, $6,223,212 (-2.6%) in 2011, $6,278,257 (+.9%) in 2012, $6,396,037 (+1.9%) in 2013, $6,136,168 (-4%) in 2014, $6,230,082 (+1.5) in 2015, $6,089,576 (-2.3%) in 2016, $5,933,578 (-2.6%) in 2017 and $5,991,634 (+1%) in 2018. Weekly 2019 CP receipts through June are virtually even with 2018, though they have been running about 1% higher most of the year. 1% higher than 2018 CP at year-end 2019 would be $6,051,550.
2.Income from IBSA’s investments with BFI is now projected at 4.2% return for 2020, based on current performance (2019 projection was 5%).

3.One financially distressed tenant unexpectedly did not continue its IBSA Building lease in early 2019. Typically, leasing vacant office space in the Springfield area requires 12-16 months.
4.MIO income for the coming year is projected based the most recent year’s offering, so the 2020 projection is based on the now complete 2018 offering.
5.The proposed CP goal for 2020 is $100,000 higher than the 2019 CP goal.
6.Program expenses have been reduced to allow for staffing in the new area of church health and revitalization.
7.A change in health insurance providers for IBSA staff and retirees has resulted in substantial savings.
8.Multimedia Production expenses have been added, to allow the reduction of one staff position in Communications.
9.Salary budget increased to allow for staffing in new church revitalization area.
2020 Salary Structure
Part-time pay grade maximum is 50% higher than base and full-time pay grade maximum is 33% higher than base 2% increase pay grades 1-9 and a 4% increase in pay grade 10 - over 2019 structure
