2015 Girls Golf Academy June 12-14th FACILITIES The University of Illinois Orange and Blue Golf Courses and practice facilities: A 36 hole facility as well as the exclusive U of I Men’s and Women’s teams outdoor short game teaching center. The center was designed for players to practice every type of shot inside 130 yards. It features two 7000 square foot greens, one for putting and the other for chipping, pitching and full shots, as well as three different bunkers. Demirjian Indoor and Lauritsen/Wohlers Outdoor Golf Facilities: One of the nation’s premier indoor-outdoor practice facilities. The building features a 7000 square foot short game area and six heated bays (two with state-of-the-art video analysis equipment) that open onto an outdoor driving range and all encompassing 24 acre practice facility.

ACCOMMODATIONS All Lodging will be in Campus Housing.

WHAT TO BRING Golf attire (no denim, tank-tops or t-shirts), tennis shoes, casual clothes, golf equipment (including clubs, balls, tees, rain gear and umbrella), a hat, sunscreen, water bottle, flashlights, swimsuit, toiletries, pillow, towels and spending money.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION General camp information along with a statement, a confirmation letter, a map with directions, and a medical release form are mailed within 5-7 days of enrollment. The Fighting Illini Girls Golf Academy will provide a quality learning experience for junior girls in a fun environment with personal instruction, top practice facilities, video analysis and special emphasis on the short game. Players will practice with campers at a similar level, providing a great learning environment.

Registration Information Enrollment - The fee for overnight campers is $299 and is open to any and all girls from 11-17 years old. Only 15 openings available and completed registration forms with individual payment must be submitted online via www.fightingillini.com/camps or call the Camps & Clinics office at 217-244-7278. Camp check-in will be Friday June 12 at 3:00pm and will conclude on Sunday June 14 at 3:00pm.
