Welcome to the 12th International Lymphoedema Framework Conference 2025, taking place in Niagara Falls.
The International Lymphoedema Framework (ILF) will be hosting the conference in collaboration with the Canadian Lymphoedema Framework (CLF) and the International Lipoedema Association (ILA).
The conference will unite the international lymphoedema and lipoedema communities with a strong focus on the national frameworks highlighting international research projects taking place across the globe.
Bringing together clinicians, researchers, industry providers, advocacy groups and most importantly people living with lymphoedema and related disorders our goal will be to share knowledge and skills for the benefit of all.
Your support and participation are vital to the success of our conference. We believe your presence and partnership will provide you with rewarding business opportunities as approximately 500 attendees are expected from over 30 countries.
Specifically, this conference will be targeted to nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, medical doctors, researchers, lymphoedema specialists, patient advocates, patients and policy makers.
People living with lymphoedema remain at the heart of everything we do, the popular stakeholders day will once again return to give additional opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors to engage directly with those that matter most.

The International Lymphoedema Framework (ILF)
The ILF was established as a UK charity in 2009. The framework developed from a project aiming at bringing together the main stakeholders involved in the management of lymphoedema in the United Kingdom in 2022, but the ILF rapidly spread to become an international project with an objective to support individual countries develop a long-term strategy for lymphoedema management.
Today the ILF works in partnership with over 20 national frameworks around the world, all working to improve the management of lymphoedema and related disorders.
The Canadian Lymphedema Framework (CLF)

The International Lipoedema Association (ILA) was founded in 2021 by 60 renowned healthcare professionals from 22 countries.
The ILA aim to create the best possible treatment for our lipoedema patients by collaborating in an international, diverse, inclusive, and multidisciplinary team. Our holistic treatment approach is based on clinical evidence, long-standing experience, and a passion for improved therapy outcomes.

Dr Keast is the Medical Director of the Chronic Wound and Lymphedema Consultation Clinic at the Parkwood Institute in London Canada He is Clinical Adjunct Professor of Family Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University (London) Dr Keast is an Associate Scientist, Lawson Health Research Institute, Parkwood Institute Research He is Co-director of the Canadian Lymphedema Framework, Secretary Board of Directors of the International Lymphedema Framework and President of the World Alliance for Wound and Lymphedema Care

Dr Armer is founding director of the American Lymphedema Framework Project As Principal Investigator for three NIH-funded grants in breast cancer survivorship and lymphedema (LE) occurrence and impact, Jane has conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative work in the area of breast cancer survivorship; LE prevalence, signs and symptoms, self-management among breast cancer survivors; and self-management of chronic illness. She was PI on two consecutive multi-year studies which followed breast cancer survivors prospectively (from pre-op through 84 months post-diagnosis) to assess limb volume changes and other posttreatment outcomes over time. She was subcontract PI on an NCI-funded grant prospectively examining lower limb LE following gynecological cancer. She is/has been lead on multiple Alliance cooperative group LE substudies. She has a strong record of research productivity (>150 publications) and mentoring doctoral students. Her mentees and she have focused on pioneering topics such as: breast cancer survivors’ return-to-work; stress, spirituality, and cortisol levels in breast cancer survivors; an interactive theatre intervention to enhance LE management; LE self-management among Latina survivors; limb volume measurement changes in the context of the development of a national LE management database; and other LE self-management topics Over the course of her program of research, Jane has worked with students and faculty in nursing, pre- nursing, premedicine, biology, family studies, pre-dental, social work, journalism, physical therapy, data science, and engineering fields of study

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘We’ or the ‘Organiser’shall mean International Lymphoedema Framework (ILF). The term ‘Exhibitor/ Sponsor’means any company, organisation who has applied to participation at the ILF Conference this includes third party agencies, contractors and employees.
PAYMENT TERMS
Upon signing of the booking form, 25% of the total amount will be invoiced and payment is due within 30 days to secure participation. If payment is not received the Organiser reserves the right to release the exhibiting space and any related sponsorship. The remaining 75% will be invoiced by 1st July 2025, with payment also due within 30 days.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of participation by an Exhibitor must be made in writing and will be liable to charges based on the following scale:
Prior to 90 days 25% charge
90 – 61 days 75% charge
60 – 0 days 100% charge
TERMINATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Without prejudice to any other rights, we may terminate the Agreement by notice in writing if the Exhibitor fails to observe and fulfill any of the terms and conditions.
REVISION OF THE EXHIBITION FLOORPLAN
The Organisers reserve the right to revise the exhibition floorplan if it is believed such variation to be in the general best interests of the Conference as a whole.
EXHIBITION STAND SPACE ALLOCATION
When Exhibition space has been offered, the Exhibitor is required to provide written formal acceptance of the area to form part of the Agreement. The Organiser reserve the right to accept or reject any application for an alternative site and control the type of exhibit proposed.
All stands are sold with a basic shell scheme package. Enhanced packages are available at an additional cost, please contact the Organiser for more information.
Where the Exhibitor fails to attend an exhibition, the Exhibitor will remain liable for full payment of the booked space and no reimbursement will be made. The Organiser reserves the right to re- allocate or otherwise utilise the space as they see fit
PROHIBITION OF TRANSFER
Exhibitors may not assign, sub-let or grant licences in respect of the whole or any part of the space allocated to them without the permission of the Organisers.
PROTECTION OF EXHIBITS
All exhibits must be properly protected to avoid danger to any person or persons in attendance at the exhibition. The Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organiser against any claim or action through and injury or damage.
The Organiser and the venue will not be responsible for the safety of any exhibit or property of any exhibitor, or any other person, for the loss or damage of, or destruction to the same, by theft, or fire, or any other cause whatsoever. The exhibitor agrees and undertakes to insure in their full replacement value, the contents of their stand, and all associated ancillary equipment and materials. The exhibitor is responsible for providing their own public liability insurance and must provide evidence of their public liability insurance to the Organisers no less than 30 days prior to the event.
The Exhibitor shall have no claim against the Organiser or its contractors in respect of any loss or damage caused by the prevention, postponement, or abandonment of the event for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser
Admission to the exhibition will be restricted to those persons who, in the opinion of the Organiser, have a legitimate, professional interest in the subject of the exhibition. The Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or persons to the exhibition without assigning any reason. Exhibitor passes above the inclusive allocation, will be subject to additional charge.
Exhibitors are admitted to the exhibition and shall remain there, solely on strict compliance with these rules and regulations. the organisers reserve the right to prohibit in whole, or in a part, and reject any Exhibitor or their representative in the case of the failure to comply with the rules and regulations. There shall be no return of payment if such rejection or prohibition is deemed necessary by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserve the right to alter, add to, or amend any of these rules and regulations, including the right to add a proportionate charge in response to the elevation of costs outside the Organisers control. Should any question arise, whether provided for in these conditions or not, the decision of the Organisers shall be final. no alteration, addition, amendment, or waiver to or of these terms and conditions shall operate to release any Exhibitor from their contract. The description headings to these terms and conditions are merely for reference, and do not form part of the contract between the parties.
