In the course of a call, if any button is pressed, a tone corresponding to the button pressed is heard at the other end of the call. This tone is called ‘dual-tone multiple-frequency’ (DTMF) tone. The robot perceives this DTMF tone with the help of the phone stacked in the robot. The received tone is processed by the microcontroller with the help of DTMF decoder MT8870. The decoder decodes the DTMF tone into its equivalent binary digit and this binary number is sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller is preprogrammed to take a decision for any given input and outputs its decision to motor drivers in order to drive the motors for forward or backward motion or a turn. The mobile that makes a call to the mobile phone stacked in the robot acts as a remote. So this simple robotic project does not require the construction of receiver and transmitter units. In this robot camera is used for viewing any situation in any particular area & voice recorder for voice recording purpose. Key words: DTMF Decoder, Microcontroller, Motor Driver, Voice Recorder, Wireless Communication I. INTRODUCTION In today’s life, mobile is basic need of life. Whole world is easily communicate by mobile phone. Now days human life is so busy and everybody want to complete his work very easily and comfortably. Because of this thinking Robot operated by mobile concepts developed. Mostly wirelesscontrolled robots use RF circuits, which have the drawbacks of limited frequency, limited control & limited frequency range. Since here mobile phone is used for control the operation of robot, can overcome these limitations. The robot is controlled by a mobile phone that makes a call to the other mobile phone attached to the robot. In the course of a call, if any button is pressed, a tone corresponding to the button pressed is heard at the other end of the call. This tone is called „dual-tone multiple-frequency‟ (DTMF) tone. The robot perceives this DTMF tone with the help of the phone stacked in the Robot. The tones and assignment is shown in below table

Fig. 2: Proposed Block Diagram of Mobile Operated Robot Based on DTMF Decoder In the course of a call if any button is pressed a tone corresponding to the button pressed is heard at the other end of the call. This tone is called Dual tone multiple frequency. The received tone is processed by the microcontroller 8051 with the help of DTMF decoder MT8870.The decoder decodes the DTMF tone into it’s equivalent binary digit means when press key 4 it’s output is (0000 0100)at that time adding frequency 1209Hz &770Hz& this binary number is send to the microcontroller. After that microcontroller processed this binary number& gives out put to the motor driver IC L293Dwith the help of this IC motor operated Forward, Backward, Right &Left Direction. Camera with transmitter is connected to front side of robot, this camera send live information & sound to words the receiver side. at the receiver side connect the TV for the viewing live situation After that APR9600 voice IC store the noiseless voice in the IC
