CLASSIC SPORTS BETTING

We at Classic Sports Betting we offer sports betting services whereby players can place bets on markets with two or more possible outcomes.

Bets on sports events can be placed before they start (pre-match) or after they start (live betting).

Bets cannot be placed after the outcome of a market is known.

Bets are placed by choosing one or more of the offered markets from the bookmaker’s sportsbook and by deciding on the stake amount.

The bet is written on a bet slip. A bet slip contains the list of the selected bet types and the stake amount.

A bet type is defined by the event name, market name, market outcome and the odds.

The odds are a coefficient which multiplied by the stake amount defines the possible winnings.

Possible winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake amount with the odds of a selected bet.

Players’ bet slips may contain: One or more single bets (Single bet) Several bets tied in one combination (Combination bet) Several combinations system (System bet) SINGLE BET is a bet containing one or more bets, where each bet is processed separately. Each bet is placed with a separate stake amount. The sum of all separate stakes shows the total stake amount. If the bet is won, the player receives each winning separately, by multiplying odds with the respective stake amount. Total winnings are the sum of all individual winnings.

COMBINATION BET (ACCUMULATED) is a bet containing two or more bets. All bets in a combination bet are connected. To win a combination bet, a player has to win all the bets on it. One combination bet may not contain two or more bets on the same event. If it contains two or more bets on the same event, the bet automatically splits into several combinations, and becomes a system bet. Total possible winnings of a combination bet are calculated by multiplying all odds and the stake amount.

SYSTEM BET is a bet containing several combinations. A system bet is defined by the number of bets in a combination (A) and the total number of bets on a ticket (B). The system bet is presented in A/B form.

If a player wants a certain bet to be a part of all combinations, it has to be marked as a banker.

Two or more bets on the same event cannot be placed in the same combination. If a player places several such bets, all combinations containing two or more of these bets will be removed from the final calculation. The stake amount per combination is calculated by dividing the total stake by the number of combinations. To win a system, a player has to win at least one of the combinations. Total winnings are the sum of all winning combinations.

BETS PROCESSING Bets processing is done when the market or event result is determined. For the purpose of bet evaluation, the final score is the one declared by the referee after the end of the event. All possible official changes, such as player disqualification or point’s deduction, do not affect the bet evaluation.

BET VOIDING If an event starts before the scheduled time, all bets placed after the actual match start time will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds), unless the event and the market in question are offered in live betting.

If an event does not start when scheduled and is not played within the following 24 hours, all bets on that event will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds). If an event is postponed and rescheduled for a date outside the following 24 hours, all bets on that event can be voided immediately.

If an event starts but gets interrupted for any reason (weather, crowd trouble), and does not continue within the 24 hours following its start time, all bets on unresolved markets will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds). Bets resolved before the interruption (e.g. 1st Half 3 Way, 1st Set Winner…) will be processed as usual.

If an event starts but gets abandoned for any reason and will not be continued (a player is retired or disqualified), all bets on unresolved markets will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds). Bets resolved before the abandonment (e.g. 1st Half 3 Way, 1st Set Winner…) will be processed as usual.

If an invalid event or a market is in offer (e.g. two or more bets from same event in one combination, one driver/player in different duels but from same race/tournament in one combination, wrong venue, wrong home/away team, clearly incorrect odds…), all bets on such event or market will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds).

Our company reserves the right to cancel one or more bets, including combined/accumulated bets, before the first event started without any explanation. Cancelled bets will be refunded to the player (processed with odds 1.00).

LIVE BETTING Live betting is betting on events already started with still unknown outcomes. A bet on a live event cannot be cancelled. If data transmission for live betting is delayed, resulting in a major change in the run of play not being taken into account in the odds, our company reserves the right to void such bets (will be processed with 1.00 odds).

If the system, due to an error, allows betting on already decided matches, such bets will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds).The company can't be held responsible for the validity of the displayed information OUTRIGHTS Outrights are offered for turnout of tournaments or championships containing several events. Outrights can be played only as a single bet. Outright offer does not have to include all tournament participants.

If a participant does not qualify for or retires from the tournament, all bets placed on him will be lost.

If two or more participants share the same position, odds on the winning bet will be divided with the number of participants sharing the winning position.

BETS WITH MANY PARTICIPANTS If one of participants listed in the program doesn’t play the entire match or event (doesn’t start from the beginning or doesn’t finish), bets placed on him will be settled regularly. If one of participants listed in the program doesn’t participate at all in the match or event, bets placed on him will be refunded (calculated with odds 1.00).

SPECIAL BETTING RULES If a certain sport specific betting rule is different from the general sport betting rules, the sport specific betting rule applies.

FOOTBALL / SOCCER The final score in football matches is the score after normal playing time (two halves plus the stoppage time). The usual normal playing time in football matches is 90 minutes, split into two halves of 45minutes.

In special cases, such as youth or friendly matches, a match can have more or less than two halves, or the half time can be longer or shorter than 45 minutes. If a football match, after normal time, goes to extra time or penalties, any goals scored will not count to final result.

In a football match title, the team listed on the left is the home team and the team listed on the right is the away team. If a match is played on neutral ground, the home team is listed on the left side and the away team on the right side.

Points in bookings markets are calculated as follows: Yellow card: 1 card (booking) = 10 booking points Red card: 2 cards (bookings) = 25 booking points Yellow card leading to a red card (to the same player): 2 cards (bookings) = 25 booking points.

TENNIS If a tennis match is postponed or interrupted, and the match is part of a tournament, the bet remains valid until the match is played. If a tennis match is postponed or interrupted, and the match is not part of a tournament, the bet remains valid if the match is played/continued within the following 24 hours. If the match is not played/continued within the following 24 hours, all unresolved bets will be voided (processed as 1.00 odds). For the purposes of all games related markets, set tie-break and match tie-break count as one game.

ICE HOCKEY ’3 Way’ market is processed according to the result at the end of the normal playing time, i.e. the end of the third period. Possible extra time does not influence this market. ’Money line’ market is processed according to the result at the end of the match, including possible extra time and penalties. In case the score after the extra time is still draw, the match goes to penalties; the team winning the penalties will have one goal added to their overtime score to determine the final result.

BASKETBALL ’3 Way’ market is processed according to the result at the end of the normal playing time, i.e. the end of the fourth quarter. Possible extra time does not influence this market. ’Money line’ market is processed according to the result at the end of the match, including potential extra time.

BASEBALL All baseball markets are processed according to the result at the end of the match, which includes possible extra innings. If an event does not start when scheduled and is not played within the following 12 hours, all bets on that event will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds). The change of a pitcher does not affect cancellation of bet.

AMERICAN FOOTBALL Markets based on the time periods of the match will be processed according to the result at the end of the period (60 minutes play, 2 halves of 30 minutes, 4 quarters of 15 minutes). All other markets are based on the result at the end of the match, including possible overtime. If a match is tie after overtime, all Money line bets will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds).

RACES In head to head markets, if one participant finishes the race and the other one does not, the winner will be the player who finished the race. If neither of the participants finish the race, all bets on this market will be voided (processed with 1.00 odds).

WINTER SPORTS (ALPINE SKIING, SKI JUMPING, BIATHLON, CROSS-COUNTRY) – HEAD TO HEAD (H2H) The bet is active only if both participants subject to the bet start the race (e.g. leave the starting stand, make the jump, start course, etc.). The H2H winner is determined by comparing the results of both participants listed at the end of the competition. If one participant subject to the bet is forced to withdraw for any reason, the other participant subject to the bet will be considered the winner. If neither participant subject to the bet completes the event, all bets will be refunded. If both participants subject to the bet have the same score or result, all bets will be refunded.

HORSE RACING Bets on horse racing are offered regardless of whether or not all participants are listed or take part. All stakes for horse racing bets are lost if the runner, on which the bet was placed, fails to take part or gives up.
