IIBN Programmes for the next generation of Business Leaders and Female Entrepreneurs IIBN runs a number of different programmes designed to assist its database of members in London and New York. With each of these programmes, current IIBN members make themselves available to share their business knowledge and facilitate connections. You can learn more about these programmes here. Future Leaders Programme (FLP) London Established in 2013, the programme is designed to identify and assist young Irish executives who are looking to accelerate their progress along their chosen career path. The FLP is a mentoring programme which connects the next generation of Irish executives with successful Irish entrepreneurs and business professionals. FLP participants are typically between the ages of 25 and 35, and will have demonstrated high potential characteristics within their
