IIBN Programmes for the next generation of Business Leaders and Female Entrepreneurs
IIBN runs a number of different programmes designed to assist its database of members in London and New York. With each of these programmes, current IIBN members make themselves available to share their business knowledge and facilitate connections. You can learn more about these programmes here.

Future Leaders Programme (FLP) London
Established in 2013, the programme is designed to identify and assist young Irish executives who are looking to accelerate their progress along their chosen career path. The FLP is a mentoring programme which connects the next generation of Irish executives with successful Irish entrepreneurs and business professionals. FLP participants are typically between the ages of 25 and 35, and will have demonstrated high potential characteristics within their career to date. We have had over 100+ participants on this programme since inception.
GIFT (Global Irish Female EnTrepreneur) London
Established in 2016, this programme is designed to assist female entrepreneurs who have achieved a certain level of scale in their business and are looking to take their business to a higher level. Supported by a panel of high profile ambassadors, the primary aim of GIFT is to facilitate brokered access to international, scalable business opportunities, entrepreneurial pathways, medium to long term connectivity and to inculcate their ongoing commitment to positive promotion of Ireland and its diaspora.
LEAP™ (Leadership & Executive Acceleration Program) New York
The LEAP programme helps ambitious professional Irish and Irish-American women living in the Greater New York/Tri-State area get more opportunity to have a seat at
the table with key decision makers, and to promote a culture of women helping other women.
Future Leaders Board (FLB) New York
The Future Leaders Board builds and supports a globally inclusive community by creating relevant connections for young Irish professionals in New York. It provides guidance to new younger

members in order allow them to effectively network at events and engage with the Irish American business community in NYC.
