JSales and lead generation are often not on care providers list of the many things they need to do. However, with the uncertainty of local authority care provision, the market for private customer acquisition is changing significantly.
This is why the Institute of Health and Social Care are helping care businesses to understand what they need to do to succeed in this space. Debbie Harris, Founder, Autumna and Sue Jones, Director of Social Care, IHSCM, will provide you with great resources and you will also have the opportunity to ask questions on anything to do with customer acquisition.
We will be joined by Professor Brian Edwards, Emeritus Professor of Healthcare Development to discuss the Blood Inquiry, including the background, a current update and the consequences involved.
The inquiry into the Blood Scandal found that it could have been prevented, and the history and issues arising from the contaminated blood scandal should be a required part of the syllabus for undergraduate medical and nursing training.
The Institute has a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) available to members.
These SIGs highlight particular themes and functions within Health & Social Care and meet to network and plan events and reports.
