How to Set Up Parental Controls on Windows XP The Internet can be a wonderful learning tool and a window into the world for children. On the flip side, it can be a parent's worst nightmare. That way, only those who know the password, can make any changes in the Content Advisor. Also if anyone tries to access a blocked site, they will be asked for the password.
