Malabia encompasses an architectural renovation project, breathing new life into a kitchen space for a youthful couple that revels in both culinary artistry and cherished moments shared with loved ones. This visionary renovation seamlessly melds the open-concept kitchen with an elegant formal dining area, boasting a peninsula that serves as a haven for swift breakfasts and a canvas for guests to become part of the cooking symphony, all while indulging in a glass of wine. Further enchantment resides in the daily dining space, adorned with an embedded pantry that crafts an intimate ambiance, perfect for showcasing an array of gourmet treasures.

The project for the Nuestra Señora de Caacupé school contemplates the expansion of the building considered a historical heritage through the creation of new spaces in the annex and the refunctionalization of the existing block that will link both buildings. This intervention proposes the construction of a building executed with industrialized materials, which improves execution times, allows greater flexibility in the development of new spaces, favors the link with the existing building, and aesthetically highlights the differences between the two.

Situated in the historic heart of Buenos Aires, this architectural project harmoniously combines multifamilies housing with a dance academy within the same complex. This integration proposes a contemporary vision, bridging residential comfort and artistic expression in a setting rich with cultural heritage. The project pays homage to the city’s history while fostering a vibrant community in the new urban environment resulting from this intervention to place the project as a new icon of the city.

The new temporary housing center is located in the vicinity of the informal settlement “Barrio 31”. This new building is designed to temporarily house the population of the settlement while the integral improvement of their homes and the urban spaces of the neighborhood is carried out.
At the same time that it provides housing for the neighbors, it also offers spaces for community activities and offices where they can receive assistance, help, and medical attention. That makes this new center a fundamental space for the development of community life in the neighborhood.
