The 7 to 8 year Masterplan in 4 stages consisting of 7 blocks of the school compund was a significant prject of over 30 million with a long-term client. My contribution was producing tender and construction documentation after the design development, both independently and in a team, identifying clashes and potential solutions with constructability in mind.
LOTBOUNDARY
Another big project of a returning client who had earlier renovated boys boarding and I was able to participate in the girls dormitory extension and renovation doing construction and tender drawings as part of a team, incorporating Australian Standards and consultant drawings. the challenge was preparing documents for council in 3 stages but on site works were to be done at one phase.The budget was over 50 million.
