Product Design - Separator

Cycle Life Design - New AGM Separator

Product Design - Physical Structure

Vibration resistant design Plate group buckle design

The patented plate group buckle ﬁxture is mainly used to ﬁx the plate group and prevent damage to the plate group and strap caused by excessive vibration of the battery during usage, which may lead to premature failure of the battery

Size and installation method of plate group clip: The plate group clip is installed on the upper part of the plate group strap, The four corners of the clip are ﬁxed to the battery box cover by welding.

Drip hot melt adhesive at the junction between the upper part of the group and the partition wall, so that the electrode group can be tightly adhered to the battery slot wall, achieving the function of ﬁxing the electrode group.
