I am so looking forward to this holiday season. The thought of spending time with friends and family, the smell of cinnamon on my holiday mix coffee, and the snow covered mountain and hills in Lake Tahoe area, all adds up to enhance my anticipation. These things are wonderful because they bring peace to my soul. The family time is going to be peaceful because I do not have to rush the children in the morning so that they won’t be late for school. The coffee smell is an aromatherapy to my soul. And, what about the snow-covered-white mountains and hills? Well, just listen to how beautiful and silent their songs are. Peaceful! From

Christians are living on the edge in the midst of the attack by societies and cultures that choose to rebel against God. Is peace attainable? Yes it is, The Word of God says this with no hesitation and unequivocally. Jesus says that He gives us the peace that the world can’t give. The lesson we need to learn is how we practice this peace that is given granted, to live in this corrupted world. How do we impact our family, our community and our world with the peace of Jesus? How do we change our world, according to our assignment from God, effectively? These are the question we want to explore this month as we celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ Prince of Peace. May God’s peace be with you, Ps.Sugi

Why did you personally choose CG Favor? I was initially assigned last year to be in Favor. As I continue being active in care group activities, I develop a tight bond with the former leaders. I actually have no problem being assigned in either Hoper or Favor because we are one big family after all.
Cool. I bet you’re never bored when you have a family with over 20 members. So what’s your favorite part of care group aside from the amazing prayer meetings? The fellowship, of course. Pleasant Hill care group is filled with amazingly fun and supportive members. We are so tight that we no longer have anything to worry about or shame when it comes to sharing. It doesn’t matter for us whether you’re a new member or a senior member, or even an alumnae, you’re still a part of this gigantic, Christ-loving family.
