Mpho Machaka (MBA & PMP), Founder & CEO: Mpho Machaka leads IETSA’s strategic vision, partnerships, and ecosystem development, focusing on building scalable education-to-innovation platforms across Africa. She is a certified blockchain expert, technology strategist, and serial entrepreneur with deep experience in designing education models that translate emerging technology skills into real economic outcomes, as well as fostering entrepreneurship and enterprise creation. Under her leadership, IETSA integrates learning with tokenised credentials, talent platforms, and innovation infrastructure to ensure education delivers measurable impact and longterm value.
Raj Kapoor, Board Support Representative:
Raj Kapoor supports IETSA’s mission to build South Africa’s emerging-technology talent capacity, contributing global insight, curriculum alignment, and ecosystem expertise to strengthen local skills pipelines. As the Founder of the India Blockchain Alliance, one of the world’s largest blockchain and emerging-technology think tanks, and an advisor to over 40 blockchain, fintech, and Web3 organisations globally, he brings deep experience in education-to-industry alignment and global ecosystem engagement, supporting IETSA’s goal of preparing South African talent for meaningful participation in the global digital economy.
