Spring is here and so is Spring Cleaning!
If you haven’t done so it is probably a great time to have your HVAC looked at if it has been a minute. We also suggest running the A/C before the real summertime heat comes! Please check out some tips from our trade True Air.
Window Maintenance – Springtime is a great time to take those screens off and give them a good clean along with the exterior glass. But don’t forget to clean and lubricate the interior tracks!
Do you hear a chirping sound every 60-90 seconds? Those are your smoke detectors letting you know that the battery back up is dying! Let your kids test those 9V batteries and swap them out then reset the system!
