What can we help with?

Anyone suffering with mild to moderate symptoms of:

• Anxiety and worry

• Stress

• Sleep problems

• Panic attacks

• Depression

• Fears and phobias

• Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - single incident

Our typed therapy can also be helpful for patients where something significant has happened in life.

Things like losing a job, negative feelings after having a baby, or being diagnosed with a health condition.

Exclusion Criteria

Are there any conditions not treated / any exclusion factors?

• Multi-episodic PTSD

• Body dysmorphic disorder

• Medium-High risk to self or others

• Active and current substance misuse

• Active and current eating disorders

• Active and current severe and enduring mental health difficulties (bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorder)

• Significant impairment of cognitive function (e.g. dementia)

• Primary problem being bereavement or relationship difficulties

• Hoarding

• Habit Disorders such as skin picking or

If a patient has a history of not engaging with NHS Talking Therapies services, consider further dialogue to assess whether they are likely to engage with textbased CBT.
